I jolted up to the loud screeching of my phone alarm. I sat up, rubbed my eyes, grabbed my phone, and turned the alarm off. I looked around my messy room, clothes scattered around the floor, pencils, and books everywhere. I didn't want to get up today. Especially because I had a lot to do. I looked at Ender Chest, my cat. He sat on my dresser, tilting his head and giving a small mew. I covered my face with my hands and let out a small groan before hopping out of bed. Ender Chest jumped off of the dresser, walked toward me, and rubbed against me. I smiled and pet him, then stretched. I yawned and picked Ender Chest. He pawed my hair and licked my hand. I smiled and pet him more. I put him down and stretched one more time before going downstairs to get breakfast.
When I opened my bedroom door, the smell of bacon swirled around me. It was weird, my parents don't wake up this early. I heard the faint voices of my mothers excitedly chatting. I couldn't hear what they were saying. I walked down the steps and by the third to last stair, I heard moma say, "He's awake! Get over here, Ana!" I stopped and slightly chucked as I heard mom affirm in demon language and rush over next to moma. I stepped down the stairs and jumped as moma yelled "CONGRATULATIONS!!" I titled my head, "for what?" I asked with a puzzled look on my face.
They looked at each other excitedly and moma nudged mom. She pulled out a letter "⍀⟒⏃⎅ ⟟⏁." she stated. I looked at the letter. It was black with white little stars all over it. The stamp had what looked like a school with a large cat wrapped around it. My heartbeat quickened as I noticed what it was. I almost tore the note open, the excitement and the anxiousness overwhelmed me. As I opened the letter I expected the worst, it was so hard to read. My hands were shaking. As I read the letter I felt my heart rate get faster and faster a large smile grew on my face, I looked at my parents. Moma gasped, "Did you get in?!" I nodded, not able to talk, I looked at the letter again. I looked at my moms and started to tear up. I hugged my moms tightly, and they both wrapped their arms around me. I looked up at them and smiled. I muttered, "thank you." and backed away from the hug. moma gestured towards a plate on the table. I walked over to it and looked at it. It was a large plate of eggs bacon and pancakes, on the pancakes was a message made out of chocolate syrup that read, 'Congratulations future wizard! -mom' It made me tear up. I looked at my moms one more time with a huge smile on my face.

POV: Ranboo Time: 6:15 Date: 6/4/20

I woke up to my alarm, I had that same dream for a while. It tricks me sometimes and makes me think I'm 13 again. I stared at the wall for a couple of moments then it all came on me. I realized what day it was, I gasped to myself and looked around. I remember thinking, 'is this real?' I had the biggest smile on my face. The tiredness had disappeared. I got up immediately and walked into my closet to change. I scanned the clothing hung up around me, it's been so long since I've cared for what clothes look good together. I picked up the clothes and quickly got changed. After I got changed I clumsily burst out of the closet, making Ender Chest yowl and jump. He looked at me with an irritated look on his face.
I slightly chuckle and scratch the back of my neck. I look at the bag hung on my chair by my desk. I smile and start bouncing up and down, shaking my hands around. I ran to the bag and looked inside it to make sure I had the stuff I needed. Binder, pencils, books, etc. I took a couple of deep breaths and turned to Ender Chest who has curled up in a ball again. Still slightly bouncing I say, "Ender, get up! It's time!" his eyes open, he rolls on his back and meows. His meow sounded tired and out of it. I roll my eyes and walk over to him, "C'mon, Ender. We're going somewhere really special! Somewhere magical!" I wiggle my fingers and hands, looking up with sparkles in my eyes. He looks up with an unamused look on his face. I sigh and pick him up, Ender let out a long meow. I gave up and put him in my bag and I left the zipper open so he could breathe. He looked up at me for a couple of seconds then rested his head and curled up in a ball. I walked halfway to the exit of my door and stopped in front of the mirror to check how I looked. I dusted off my shoulders and took a deep breath.

I stare in awe for a couple of moments. I then step out of my room. I sighed and stepped down the large row of stairs, I looked to my right as I was halfway down the stairs I saw a basket of candy on the coffee table in the living room. Next to the basket, there was a folded piece of paper with momas handwriting, it was big enough for me to read from here. It said my name so I quickly hopped down the stairs and ran to the basket. I put it on my arm and grabbed the note, it read, 'Dear Ranboo. We are so happy and proud of you! I and your mother would've been up to give this bag to you, but we had a bit too much to drink yesterday. But, I hope you're happy with this! Love, Moma' I folded the letter back up and smiled. I put the letter in the basket and stretched. I went to the kitchen and grabbed an apple. I grabbed it and walked to the front door. I checked on Ender Chest, he was rolled over on his back. I smiled, took a bite of my apple, and walked out of the front door, knowing that my new life is about to begin.
