Sarah wakes up from her alarm, but turns it of when she feels to exhausted to wake up fully. Soon enough she is back asleep
"Sarah? Sarah wake up! You overslept"
"Shut uuppp, let me sleep. Just for for five minutes" sarah jokes
"I'm not here fore those jokes sarah. Get up" she says
"Oh- I-I'm sorry"
Florence leaves and slams the door. Sarah gets dressed and gets downstairs
"C-can you bring me? I don't think I'll have enough time for the bus"
"You should've thought about that before you snoozed your alarm"
"Oh wel sorry"
"Don't give me that attitude" she snaps
"Why are you so mean today"
"Cut it sarah"
"No for real, what did I do?" You say
"STOP! JUST STOP OKAY. GO GET THE BUS AND DEAL WITH YOUR OWN PROBLEMS OKAY. STOP WHINING" she screams at her sister
"Are you okay?" Sarah asks worried but in tears
"IM FINE JUST GET THE HELL OUT!"
"Y-yeah.. I-I'm sorry"
Sarah walks out the house crying
She has been quiet the whole day at school. She has been ignoring Riley the whole day making Riley worried.
After school sarah gets home, but the house is empty.
"Florence? Is anyone home?"
But there is no answer, so sarah calls
"Hello?"
"Florence, are you okay? Where are you?"
"I'm fine sarah. I'll be home at eight."
"But Florence-"
the call ends, and soon enough sarah gets stuck in her own negative thoughts.
She remembers the conversation that she had with Flo, that if she ever felt like hurting herself, she should tell her, so not even 40 minutes after the last call she calls again.
"What sarah?"
"I-I don't-"
"Did you need something?"
"Yes I- uhm- n-never mind"
"Okay??"
"Bye Florence"
Sarah ends the call.
She's been doing so well, but she didn't realize how one little set back could affect her.
She gets to her bathroom and starts cutting herself. But since she has all time now, she doesn't know when to stop.
Without her realizing the front door is opened.
"Sarah? Hello? Is anyone home? The front door was open so I just let myself in"
But no answer.
Riley decided to walk to Sarah's bedroom, but gets distracted when she hears a noise coming from the bathroom.
She knocks on the door
"Hello? Is anyone in there?"
No answer
So she entered.
She sees sarah, laying on the ground passed out and pale. With blood everywhere. She panics
"Sarah, wake up. Please!" She cries.
She doesn't know what to do. So she calls 911. And after she gets into your phone to call Florence.
"Sarah, I told you I-"
"Florence it's Riley" she says crying hysterically
"Riley? What's wrong? Where is Sarah?"
"She- she- I don't- I can't-" she starts freaking out more
"Riley, hey breathe okay? Talk to me"
"I- she- she's in the bathroom. She is passed out- and blood- there is blood everywhere. I think- I think she hurt herself- I can't find- a - a pulse" she cries
"Have you called an ambulance?" Florence asks worried
"Y-yeah. They're on their way"
"Good" she says
"They-they're here, I need to go"
"Wait Riley is-"
The end is called
"Shit shit" Florence cries out.
She gets away from set where she was all day crying, when she comes across Scarlett who she has been filming with.
"Florence what's wrong? Why are you crying?"
"I ignored her, I ignored sarah. I've been so mean. A-nd. And she killed herself. I need to go" she says pushing Scarlett but is stopped by Scarlett grabbing her wrist
"Im coming with you, you need to be safe and you can't drive like this" she says
"No Scarlett-"
"I wasn't asking. Get in the car" she orders.
They get in the car and drive to the hospital. They get inside and walk trough to the reception
"Has a girl named Sarah Pugh come in?" Scarlett asks with Florence breaking down next to her
"Yes, I'll get her doctor for you if you just wait right here"
5 minutes later the doctor walked by
"Hi I'm doctor steered"
"Scarlett hi," she introduces herself
Florence doesn't say anything, but she just cries
"Okay, so Sarah had a rough time. We've lost her pulse two times but we managed to get her back both times. She slit trough the wrists and she lost a lot of blood, but she has some new blood coming into her system and she should wake up soon. She is in room 45A"
Scarlett thanks the doctor and they start walking to your room. They slowly get in and see Riley.
Florence is hiccuping and crying.
Riley to is crying and in a state of shock.
"Honey, who are you?" Scarlett asks to the young crying girl
"R-Riley- I I am her best friend." She cries
"I found her" she ads
"Come here" Scarlett opens her arms to the girl and she hugs her back.
"Are you okay Florence?" Riley asks
"I just- I just need a minute" she says sitting down next to her sister.
Scarlett signs Riley to get out with her and they leave Florence and Sarah alone.
Not soon after sarah slowly starts waking up
"Sarah?" Florence asks in tears
"I'm sorry" Sarah starts crying
"Shhh, me too honey, I'm so sorry for how I treated you. I'm so so sorry."
"I know, it's okay. I love you. I didn't mean for this all to happen. I just- I didn't know how to stop. And then I- I just. I just- it happened so fast" Sarah cries.
They hug each other.
"How did you find me" Sara asks in tears
"I didn't baby, Riley did"
"Riley? Why is she here? Why was she in our house?"
"I don't know honey. But she did, and we are very lucky with that"
"What is wrong Florence" Sarah asks
"Honey, I'm sorry."
"No but what is wrong? Please tel me."
"It's just that- I had to go back to work for re-shoots out of no where and I was planning on taking you to this massive amusement park and I just got mad because I couldn't take you anymore, and I acted it out on you, I'm sorry baby"
" that's okay Flo, we can go another time. It's alright" she says smiling.
Florence strokes Sarah's head
"I love you baby, go to sleep. You must be exhausted"
"I love you" Sarah says before drifting of to sleep.
A few minutes later there is a knock on the hospital room
"Come in" Florence says
Scarlett walks trough the door
"Hey" she whispers
"Hi" Florence responds
"How are you?" She asks
"I-I- .. I feel terrible scar" she says with tears starting to form in her eyes again.
Scarlett sits down next to Florence and hugs her. She holds her for a while until Florence has calmed down again, but soon she realizes she has fallen asleep in her arms. Scarlett smiles and let's her sleep, while she looks at Sarah.
Sarah starts to stir in her sleep and eventually wakes up.
"Hi" Scarlett says with love.
Sarah doesn't say anything, slowly drifts of to sleep.
"It's okay honey, go back to sleep" she says
"S-car?"
"Yeah?
"T-take care of her" sarah says.
"I will baby, go rest"
