Review

The Beast Titan crawled up the wall and made it to the top while the other Titans are assaulting the castle. After it climbed to the top, it made a turn to look at the castle. For some reason, one of the Titans running next to the other pushed it down and pulled its ear out while laughing and slapping him. It's some kind of weird pure Titan bullying another pure Titan.

Nanaba: Stand back, rookies. Leave it to us. It is time to show off our ODM gear. Let's go!

All of the veterans jumped off to attack the Titans while the Beast Titan crawled up the wall and made it to the top. It made a turn to look at the castle.

After the team reached the castle, they rested their horses which are at the stables eating their haystacks and drinking water. They searched the castle as saw a destroyed fireplace with mugs and cups which seemed to be recent inside. They started the fire and rest to gain more energy later while one of the soldiers ran into a storage room. Lucky for them, there were some supplies left to make hot drinks.

Reiner: Looks like someone was here recently.

Nanaba: It's odd for a place this near the wall.

Soldier 7: Some bandits probably used it as a base. It said, "Ruins of Utgard Castle" on one of the signs.

The soldier Gerger came out of the storage room with a booze in his hand with a surprised expression. He then swallowed his saliva and wondered what the label was saying.

Gerger: Hey, check it out. Look what I found.

Soldier 7: Gelgar, is that booze I see?

Gerger: Yes. What the heck does the label say?

Soldier 7: You are not going to drink it now, are you!?

Gerger: Ah! Don't be stupid! Not at a time like this.

Soldier 9: How convenient. All this contraband to enjoy for ourselves.

Soldier 7: Now you are making us sound like bandits.

Gerger: You rookies should try to get some rest. Titans won't be roaming about now but the rest of us will take turns keeping watch. We will leave four hours before daybreak.

Christa: Wait...What if the wall isn't broken after all? The Titans...where could they be invading from?

Gerger: Finding the answer to that...is our job for tomorrow.

He then walked up the stairs leading to the top to keep watch despite being exhausted after searching the hole in the wall for hours. Ymir for some reason had been staring at Christa for a while as the fire continue to burn the wood.

Christa: But what if...Maybe it is not nearly as bad as we thought from the start.

Nanaba: Hmmm?

Christa: I am just saying but...

Soldier 9: Yes. Now that you mention it, there are barely any Titans around here. If the wall really is broken, that is.

Nanaba: The only group we saw was during the initial sighting.

They were silent as the situation and the information they gave to each other were getting confusing.

Ymir: Connie? What about your village?

Connie: It was destroyed. Crushed to sticks and rubble by the Titans.

Ymir: I see. How awful.

Connie: But nobody there was eaten. I think they all escaped so there's that to be thankful for.
