Chapter 11

Tori's POV
I cannot believe that Beck and I almost kissed. Jade drove back to her house and I entered. I knew that she was living with her dad now because her mom had decided to move in with her new boyfriend. "Hey Jade, you're back early. Hello, you must be Tori. I'm Steven." Jade's dad said. "Nice to meet you." I said. "So, I hear that you go to Hollywood arts with Jade." Steven said. "Dad, stop asking her so many questions, this isn't a police interrogation." Jade said. "It's ok." I said. "He always does this." Jade said and laughed. "I wish my dad took a bit more interest in my personal life." I said. We went upstairs to Jade's bedroom and just talked. I don't know what to do about beck. I don't know whether I should talk to him. "Tori, I think you should at least talk to him. Tell him how you feel." Jade said. "I only pulled away because I was scared." I explained. "You were scared? Of what?" Jade asked. "I've never kissed a boy before." I said. I'm not proud of it but I've never had a boyfriend. "Is that why you pulled back?" Jade asked. She looked at me. "Yes." I said. "Don't you think you should tell him that?" Jade asked. I don't know what to do.

Beck's POV
I was really confused. Tori and I almost kissed and she pulled back immediately, I do really like her. It was almost as if she was scared. Why would she be scared? I checked my room to see that Tori had disappeared. I texted Tori and she texted back saying she was at Jade's. I got in my car and raced over to Jade's. I knocked on the door. I was hoping that Tori or Jade would open the door.
