A dead friend?

"WHAT WHY?!?!?" I asked.

"For hurting you." He said.

"What no! He might have hurt me but he's like my brother. I miss him. I still love him. He can't die." My voice broke on the word 'die'.

"I know sweetie." Mom said.

"Can we stop him?" I asked.

"No we can't. But you can." Dad said as he handed me a cell phone. I dialed Jacobs number. He answered on the third ring.

'Hello?' He said.

"Jake?" I asked.

'Ness? Whats wrong?!?!?' He said worried.

"Please don't kill yourself." I begged.

'I have to.' He said the hung up. A tear was building up in the corner of my eye.

"Now what?" Mom asked.

"We go to his house where he is now and let Nessie talk to him face to face." Dad explained.

"Jake?" I yelled in front of his house. No answer. I turned around to look at my parents in the car. They said knock on the door. So i did. Billy answered.

"Hello Renesmee." He said.

"Hi is Jake here?" I asked. Billy pointed behind me. I turned around and saw Jake running over to me.

"Nessie!" He said hugging me tight.

"I love you." I said. His eyes went wide.

"I love-" i cut him off by kissing him. He kissed back right away. Then pulled away. "I love you too Ness, i'm sorry." He said.

"Will you be my boyfriend again?" I asked.

"I would love too but." He paused, then whispered, "you love Drake."

"No i only went out with him to get you back." He chuckled.

"Really? I only went out With Samantha to get you back." I giggled. I new he never stopped loving me.

That night i had a date with Drake. I would wait until he came over to brake up with him. He would come in 3 hours.

That 3 hours went really fast! I heard tires turn on to the dirt path. Then a car door opening and closing and footsteps coming up the stairs. I got scared. Everyone left the room except for my dad, Emmett, Jasper, and Jake incase he tried to hurt me. The door bell rang. Emmett answered the door as a wave of calmness spread through me. "Hi Renesmee." Drake said.

"Hi" i said.

"Come in." Uncle Emmett said. He came in.

"Drake i can't go out with you anymore i'm sorry." I said. Just then dad growled as he pulled out a gun.
