Saint Walker One shots

"In fearful day..."

Author's note: This one shot is related to my book New Recruits with the made up characters Pearl and Hope who aren't from gltas.

They were everywhere, they were surrounding everyone. The black lanterns were shooting and blocking his attacks one by one.
Saint Walker was fighting beside his fellow members of the blue lantern corp in space.
All of the lantern corps were fighting side by side wanting to win this war they were in.
To Saint Walker's left he saw Pearl a white lantern and Hope another blue lantern from their corp fighting back to back. Both of them were girls from earth who have a heart for serving the universe and frighting the dangers that lay ahead for them in their lives.

As the girls continued to fight back to back Pearl got blasted in the chest by her opponent who aggressively punched her in the face knocking Pearl unconscious.
Hope rushed to help her but a black lantern grabbed her leg and swung her into a green lantern.
Saint Walker looked over at Pearl and flew towards her helping her up.
"Are you alright?" He asked.
Pearl rubbed her cheek that got punched and grunted in pain.
"Ow... ugh!" She yelped grabbing her stomach which had a cut sliced across her stomach.
Saint Walker put his hand on her shoulder and used his ring to heal her wound.
"Thank you" Pearl breathed.
"Come on we must continue to fight along side everyone" said Saint Walker about to rejoin the fight.
"But... wait, I- what if... what if they defeat us?" Pearl stuttered.
"We will not be defeated because we will fight them no matter how many may stand in our way, and just remember all will be well" said Saint Walker.
Pearl smiled sadly.
"I guess I'm just afraid to lose the people I love."
"You mean your friend Hope."
Pearl nodded.
"Don't lose hope and don't worry about things that haven't happened yet, focus on what lies in front of you" said Saint Walker gesturing towards the battle.
Pearl looked at the battle then back at Saint Walker, she looked down at her ring which was  glowing brightly. She knew what she had to do so she flew into the battle again along with Saint Walker who watched her fighting with all her might.
Saint Walker smiled at her then went to fight along side with the rest of his corp.
