The Magic Trick

A man in a black hat, red sweater and very pale skin asked me if I wanted to see a magic trick. I don't see why not so I said yes. When I was walking to the back of the van I was being choked. When I tried to scream a foul taste entered my mouth. In at matter of second I was blacked out.

When I woke up I woke up in a basement there was a black phone to my left and I was laying on a old bed with no sheets or bedding just a mattress. I looked around and there was a "bathroom" I was just a toilet and a few rolled up carpets in the corner. There was an outlet across the toilet. There was also a small window across from the bed.

Telling from the window it was pitch black outside.

Time skip to later the next day

This morning the grabber came in and gave me a plate of dry eggs and flat soda.

I heard the phone ring but when I answered it there was no one there.

When I was walking to grab n go for me and Bruce's date I was looking at some bulletin boards and I saw another missing kid poster when I looked a second time I saw Bruce's picture and his name.

Omg

I turned around on my bike and biked to Gwen's house. She's the only person I know to go to about this stuff. She had dreams about other kids that went missing in Denver but never got close enough to actually finding them.

When I got there I knocked on the door and her bigger brother finney opend it.

Fin- oh hey Mikey what's up

Mikey-hey is ur sister home

Fin- yeah she's in her room

I immediately ran to her room shouting "THANKS FIN"

Gwen told me that she had a dream about Bruce and how she saw black balloons and him walking towards a door.

After I spent the day trying to find a trace of leftover black balloons or something to help find Bruce but I found nothing so I went home.

I was super pissed of right now. I was mad that I can't find Bruce. I was mad that he might be dead. I was mad I kept hitting dead ends. I was mad that I did have feelings for him. And I was mad that I couldn't tell him and maybe never get the chance.

When I got home I didn't say anything I just went to my room.

Vance and Luke were on the couch eating popcorn and watching what looked like a blondie music video?

Vance- What's her problem

Luke- don't know but watch this.
