Cora stared at Mara as she paced back and forth. Mara mumbled things to herself as she was clearly spiraling out.

"What the hell am I gunna do?" Mara mumbled as she continued pacing.

"Mara." Cora whispered hoping to catch her attention but nothing. "Mara." She said a little louder but still nothing. "Mara!" She finally shouted gaining her attention.

"What?" Mara asked exasperatedly as she let out a breath.

"It's okay to be scared but right now we have bigger things to worry about." Cora sighed staring at her cousin sadly. "You worrying about being pregnant can wait just a few more days." Cora smiled softly and Mara let out a breath.

"You sure I'm having twins?" She asked and Cora let out a small laugh.

"Positive." She answered and Mara sighed.

"Okay okay." Mara said finally taking a deep breath to shake off her nerves.

"Now since you have twins, they are basically Siphoners. Thats why your magic has been going crazy." Cora started explaining. "You just have to learn when to connect to them and when not too." Cora stated as she grabbed a book. "Since you didn't know you were pregnant it makes since as to why that was happening; but now that you know you just have to kinda meditate I guess before you do any spells." She sighed showing Mara the passage of the elders explanation.

"Ok so now that I know this I'll try to make the spell to counteract this curse then I'll hit the coven back." Mara sighed closing her eyes.

"Okay." Cora grimaced slightly sitting beside her watching Mara. Mara peeked her eyes opened and sighed.

"You think you can give me a few hours?" Mara asked amusedly and Cora nodded.

"Yeah right sorry." She mumbled standing up. "I'll be with my mother. If you need anything just come over I guess." Cora smiled walking away.

Mara sat there thinking the curse through and sighed deeply feeling somehow weaker. She furrowed her brows and walked over to the room.

"Mom, Mara's pregnant with Twins thats why her powers have been going crazy." Cora explained happily and she saw her aunt smile warmly.

"I'm so happy for her. The last twins in this coven were your great grandparents." Regina laughed lightly and Mara smiled sadly as she knocked on the door lightly.

"Hey I have a question." Mara said as she looked over at them quizzically.

"Whats wrong?" Regina asked concernedly and Mara sighed.

"When this curse was casted, was it casted outside the entrance to the coven?" Mara asked and Regina furrowed her brows.

"How did you know that?" Her Aunt Regina asked and Mara sighed.

"Cora how did you feel when you left the coven to find me?" Mara asked and Cora furrowed her brows.

"Perfectly fine why?" Cora asked and Mara shook her head.

"And do you guys have a protective seal around the coven grounds?" Mara asked and Regina sat up confusedly.

"Yes but what does this have to do with anything?" She asked and Mara let out a small laugh.

"I have an inkling as to what he did." Mara stated walking out of the house to just a few feet outside of the protective seal. Just as she stepped out she felt stronger and she shook her head letting out a small laugh.

"Mara whats going on?" Cora asked following over with her mother right next to her.

Mara shut her eyes taking a few deep breaths closing the link between her and the twins. She rose her hands and snapped her eyes opened not realizing they changed color. Regina let out a gasp as she noticed this now confirming her suspicions from before.

Mara mumbled a few latin words and closing her hands into fists and suddenly opening them breaking the protective seal and curse. The Coven gathered around confusedly watching. Once the curse on the protective seal broke everyone felt themselves regain their powers.

Mara closed her eyes once more letting out a breath as she looked over at them.

"He put the curse on the protective seal around the camp not on you. I knew once Cora said that when she left she felt perfectly fine again." Mara answered their unasked questions and Regina sighed.

"Mara we need to talk." Regina said signaling her to follow her.

They walked back into the house and went back into the living room. Regina grabbed a book Cora grabbed earlier that day and opened it back up to the picture on Joseph Starling.

"When my sister told me she was pregnant she never told me who the father was. Who her mate was." Regina started as she looked over at Mara. "I had my suspicions the day The Starling Coven turned their backs on us, but I never looked into it." She continued as Cora sat down beside them confusedly. "You just confirmed them." Regina sighed and Mara furrowed her brows.

"What are you talking about?" Mara asked confusedly as she looked down at the picture of the man.

"Every Coven has their own features I guess you could say." Regina started to explain once more. "Our features are Twins —Siphoning, Siphoners— but The Starling Coven's features.. well their eyes change colors when they recite spells and so on." Her Aunt continued and Cora let out a breath.

"Holy shit." Cora whispered and Mara furrowed her brows.

"I'm still confused." Mara stated and Regina sighed.

"Your eyes change colors when you recite spells." Regina explained letting out a small breath. "Your father is Joseph Starling."

"No way." Mara said as she let out a small laugh. "My eyes change colors?" Mara asked confusedly and Cora nodded.

"Your eyes were blue one minute then the next they were like purple or violet or something." Cora said surprisingly and Mara shook her head.

"So.. am I what he wants?" Mara asked and Regina shrugged.

"I have no idea." She answered and Mara sighed.

"Only one way to find out right?" Mara said as she grabbed her keys. "Looks like I'm going back to Washington sooner then I thought."

"Wait I have to advise you to be careful." Regina frowned making Mara turn to look at her once more. "Joseph, he was a good man but something in him switched one day and he's- he's possibly one of the most dangerous men in the world now." Regina said worriedly and Mara smiled.

"Don't worry about me. I'll come up with a plan." Mara smiled sheepishly. Cora smiled bringing her into a tight hug.

"Visit soon please." Cora smiled and Mara nodded smiling in return.

"I will I promise." Mara smiled as she looked over at her Aunt. "It's was really nice meet the both of you." She said as her aunt brought her into a hug as well.

"Be safe Mara." Regina said sadly feeling her heart break as she watched the girl who looked just like her sister drive away.
