If you're going through hell keep going. ~Winston Churchill

Grace was woken up by the constant buzzing of her phone

She finally picked it up after 5 tries

"Grace?" the voice asked

"who is this, and who the hell wakes up by 8:30AM on a Saturday?" she mumbled scratching her eyes

"People who have jobs, that's who. Where are you? I'm at your front door but I don't want to wake everyone up by ringing in the bell"

"how considerate...Wait, what?? You're there...? I mean here?" she sprang up from her bed staring out her window and seeing Andre standing at the front door of the McKnights.

"Yeah, I wanted to drop your book before heading to work" he explained and she groaned.  "I'll.... Andre, go to the backyard" she said rushing down the stairs and then running back up to put on some cologne

"okay ma'am" he said going to the backyard

Grace literally flew down the stairs and ran out of the houses to the McConoheys.

Andre stared as she climbed over the fence. She was so funny and she didn't even realize it. He wondered if she was really the one who wrote all those things in the journal.

She looked so happy, spontaneous and carefree, how possible was it to pull off wearing a mask as awesome as that while brooding inside?

Andre tried to help her down but she swatted his hand away which made her land on the floor with her back

"I tried to help" he muttered holding out his hand for her but she didn't accept it. She just laid on the floor wondering if she was paralyzed "I can't move" she said and Andre rolled his eyes Lifting her up "don't be so dramatic. Why the hell were you jumping the fence anyway, isn't this your house?" "Well it is, but that's also my house. We actually have two houses but we prefer to stay in this one in the day and that one in the night" she said and Andre blinked

"you're a really..... really bad liar" "Okay this is my neighbor's house. I didn't want you to come to my place because I thought you were a thief or something, I don't know"

"I'll just pretend like that didn't hurt" he said and Grace laughed "my bag?" she asked and he handed it to her "Thanks" She said

"Yeah, I found it when We were cleaning up the house" "How did you know it was mine?" "Well I read through it and..." he said uneasily and Grace froze

"you read through my book?" she asked was a trembling voice "I just needed to find a name or something, I didn't mean to intrude, I'm sorry" he explained with warmth in his eyes. He knew that the stuff she wrote there were confidential as hell and she normally wouldn't discuss it with anyone

Grace sighed closing her eyes. She didn't want to talk about what he read, she knew he read her journal that was why he was apologizing but it was okay, he didn't know who she was talking about anyway.

"It's fine, thanks again for keeping it safe" "no problem, I have to get a work now" "Okay then, bye"  "bye"

"Okay girls, our one mile run is going to begin in five minutes. Stretch out your limbs" the sports teacher said

Grace held her waist staring at Lily who stretched her legs and touched her toes "I'm already tired just by looking at the field" Grace pouted and Lily rolled her eyes stretching out her arms "you know you're one of the fastest runners in school right?"  She asked "yeah..." Grace shrugged "and the interschool competition is coming up, but you know what?"  "what?"
