Waking up groggy, you tap your alarm off "urgh.. I really shouldn't have gone to that party last night."

Considering you work at a daycare it wasn't the best idea to party all night only to feel like actually crap when you wake up.

The only thing you look forward to in work is your co worker Sundrop,1 the sweetest person you've ever met.

"Well.. I better get ready"

After putting on some light makeup and your daycare uniform, you drive over to the pizzaplex

"Morning vanessa!" "Oh, good morning Y/N" Vanessa flashes you a sweet smile."

You make your way over to the daycare and open the 2 big wooden doors and walk in looking for sundrop.

"Hellooo? Sundrop are you here..?"

"Y/N HII!!!"

You feel cold metal arms wrap around your waist and pull you up

"Ah! Sundrop there you are!"

"Hiiya Y/N how are you!?" He says Still holding your waist tightly.

"I'm doing good, but even better now that you're here!" You say reaching your hands up to his face pinching his cheeks.

"O-oh really??..thats nice to hear!

You swear you could see a red hue cover his face but decide to brush it off.

"Lets get ready to open up then, shall we?" You give him a wide smile.

"Sounds good!!"

You and sundrop cleaned up a bit organizing all the toys and the ball pit, one you were done you waited until the kids arrived.

"Of course, we'll take take great care of her!" You say to a little girls parents, you just took in the last kid, checking over on sundrop seeing children climbing all over him was a sight to see.."how cute" you mumble

"Now, whats your name?" You say to the little girl in front of you kneeling down to reach her size.

"Uhm..m-my names suzy..." she said blushing while fidgeting with the end of her dress.

"What a pretty name! Now why don't you go over there with the other kids it looks like they're playing Simon says!" You say winking at her.

"O-okay!" Suzy says giving you a smile

You decided to watch them play for awhile until you see a out of breath sundrop running over to you.

"Y-Y/N the kids keep asking for you to join hide and seek and they won't *huff* stop asking...Y/N help me.." He said while giving you puppy eyes, you'd be lying if you said he didn't look adorable

"Alright fine but you owe me a favor after this..!"

"Thank you Y/N!!!!!"

Alright kids since you've all been asking for Y/N I've been able to convince her to join!! Now do you guys all know the rules of hide and seek

"Yesss!!!"

"Are you sureeeee?"

"YESSSS!!!"

Alright!!! I'm going to be the seeker this round! Me and Y/N will take turns being the seeker sound good??"

"Yesss!"

"Alright I'm counting to 30!!"

You run into one of the play structures in between one of the slides hoping sundrop wouldn't find you, occasionally you would hear "I got you's and "found you!" But it had been silent for a few minutes making your anxiety fly up to the roof

Suddenly, you here the soft jingles of sundrops bells getting louder towards you, making you sweat aggressively, covering your mouth trying to steady your breath as your eyes dart around the bright yellow tube you were in

"Oh Y/N where are youu~~ i know you're in here~"

You let out a gasp at how close the voice sounded and mentally cursed yourself

"Sh*t"

"There you are!!!!"

Sundrops metal hands grab your waist and pull you out of the slide only to trip and fall on top of you

realizing the position you were in heat started rushing to you cheeks making a blush very visible even in the dark play structure.

"Haha..uh sundrop you can get up now.."

Sundrop didn't asnwer you, instead he just kept staring at you almost as if he was taking in each and every one of your features slowly

You start blushing profusely while sundrops face seems to inch closer

"U-uhm sundrop-"

"Hey what are you guys doing in there we've been waiting!!"

"Ahh!! I'm so sorry u- I- we were just"

The kids raise their eyebrows in unison.

"Hmmm.."

"Y/N Is right we were just uhm..tagging each other because the next game is tag!!!"

"Ooh yay!!"

You and sundrop go back to helping the kids for the last few hours until it was time to close the daycare

"Sheesh that was one tough crowd today huh?"

"Y-yeah they sure were hyper haha.."

A feeling filled the daycare that you couldn't explain, awkwardness? Embarrassment?

"Hey...you still owe me a favor for helping you earlier right?

"Oh yes of course! I almost forgot about that, now what'll it be?"

"Can.. we... maybe..cuddle..?

Sundrop stood there with a strange expression almost surprised

"I-I mean we don't have to i guess that was kind of a silly question-"

Before you could finish your sentence sundrop rushed into your arms burying his head in the crook of your neck holding your waist tightly

Slightly surprised you slowly lift your arms wrapping them around his neck resting your chin on his head you stay like this for awhile.

"You don't know how much I've been waiting to hug you like this.."

"O-oh how long..?" You mentally slap yourself for such a stupid question

You hear him Chuckle "since the first day we met"

Sighing he pulls you closer

"You smell good"

And with that you became a blushing mess

"T-Thank you.."

"I think I like you Y/N"

You tense at his sudden confession but feel relieved at the same time

"I-I think I like you too.."

And so you and sundrop cuddled for the rest of the night showering each other with compliments
