All of this is based on true events: a memoir.
All names are changed but yet this is the cold hard truth of loving a narcissist. Memories are imperfect but the best of my recollection of what has happened.
To keep the real lives that these characters are based on safe, the names and other details of descriptions are changed. However, the facts and real-life actions remain.
I apologize in advance if it is harmful in the future to real-life people in the story. But like I said, my main priority of mine is keeping them safe even though the antagonist has done hurtful things that I tell in this book.

I'd like to thank and dedicate all the characters in this memoir, however, for making me who I am. With the good times, the friendship I have gained, the bad times, and for teaching me valuable lessons that shall remain for the rest of my life.
