Not so Itsy Bitsty Spider

Luz Pov:
It's been a few weeks since Amity apologized. To be honest, I was really surprised. But, it meant a lot. Anyways, it's like 1:00 in the morning, and I'm just laying in my bed, with some red LEDs on, (very comfortable might I add,) when I hear a knock at the door. It's Amity, obviously. "Come in." I say as enthusiastic as a tired teenager can sound this late, and she steps in. "What's up,Blight?" I ask, taking my eyes off of my phone to look at her. She seemed stressed out. "There's like- a bug or something in my room, and I tried to kill it, then it fell, and i can't find it! Its freaking me out!" She rants, taking short breathes in between explaining. I sit up a bit. "Do you need help...or?" I ask. "I-I don't know!! I just want it gone!"

"Okay first of all, calm down. It's way to late to be freaking out like this. Second of all, if you really want me to, I can help you look for the stupid ass bug."

Amity takes a breath, and calms down a bit.
"Yeah.." She mumbles.

I sigh and get up. Amity Blight, afraid of bugs? I would've never knew when we first met. It looked like she made baby's cry or some shit. To be honest though, it's kind of cute to see her like this. Not in like, a romantic way of course, in a 'I care about my friend' way....
I think.
Anyways, I grab one of my shoes and walk out of my room. I look behind me to see that Amity is still standing in the doorway. "You coming, Blight?"
"U-uh im just gonna..stay here."
"Okay. You can crash on my bed if you want. It's pretty late."
She nods and walks into my room, and I make my way into her room. I have to admit, I'm a bit scared myself. Would I ever admit that out loud? No. I keep my cool and search around for a few minuets, when a big ass spider crawls from under Amitys bed.
"¡Oh Dios mío! ¡Mierda santa!" I yell as I start beating the absolute shit out of the spider with my shoe. After a few minutes of slamming my shoe onto the carpet, I slowly and cautiously lift it up, and see a little stain where the spider was. "Hah. Eat shit loser." I laugh as I get up. I leave the room to go let Amity know that I got it, and open the door.
"Yo, I go-" I start to say, before I stop in my tracks to see her sleeping peacefully in my bed. A small smile creeps onto my face. "Neevermind then." I whisper to myself, and step farther into the room. She's holding one of my pillows close, and resting her chin on the top of it. A small blush creeps onto my face. I can't just wake her up?! She looks so peaceful! It is late, and the whole bug situation probably took a toll on her. I guess it's okay. I grab my phone, and a blanket, and bring it out into the living room. I guess I'm sleeping on the couch. I'm about to lay down when I remember one thing. I walk back into my room, and gently tuck Amity in. I smile again. She stirs in her sleep a bit. "Goodnight, Amity." I whisper, and close the door slowly. And goodnight Luz, because fuck I'm tired.

Amity Pov: [in the morning]
I slowly open my eyes, and notice the big bi flag, then I instantly knew where I was. I had fallen asleep In Luz's bed! A small blush creeps onto my face as I think about it. I sit up and look around. Luz isn't anywhere to be seen, so I guess she crashed somewhere else. A part of me is disappointed. I get up slowly and make my way out of the room. The first thing I see is Luz making pancakes. When she notices me, she smiles. "My bed cozy enough?" She jokes. I blush a bit and giggle. "I-I mean. Yeah." She giggles back. "I'm glad to hear it. Anyways, I made breakfast if you want some. I nod and make my way over to the kitchen area of the dorm, and take a seat in one of the chairs. "How many do you want?" Luz asks as she takes one of the paper plates. "Just 2 is fine." I reply with a sleepy smile. "Alrighty." She says and slides a plate with 2 pancakes in front of me. "I already ate, but I need to get ready for work. So enjoy!" Luz smiles. "You have a job?" I ask. I probably should've worded it better though. "I mean, yeah, I need money." Luz awkwardly laughs. "Who works on the weekends?" I giggle. "Apparently me and a lot of other people."
"That's fair, we'll, have fun I guess."
"I sure will try." She sighs and walks over to her room to get ready.
These pancakes are fire to be honest. I didn't know Luz could cook! Well..i didn't know really anything about Luz until a 2 weeks ago so I guess you learn something new everyday. Im glad I did though.
