The next day..
Everyone woke up due to the delicious aroma coming from their kitchen. They all stood up near the dining area to see Chanyeol humming some sweet melody while cooking. Chanyeol seemed to feel their presence so he turned around and saw his co-members watching him.
"Good morning," Chanyeol greeted them with a beautiful smile.
They all seemed to froze on their spot making Chanyeol furrowed his brows.
"Are you all okay?" Chanyeol asked.
"G-Good morning, Chanyeol!" They all greeted.
"Are you okay now?"
"Did you feel pain anywhere?"
"Are you hurt?"
"What did they do to you?"
"Do you want us to looked for them for revenge?"
Chanyeol giggles making them all stopped after talking at the same time.
"I'm fine now," Chanyeol answered. "I'm sorry for making you all worried about me."
"Hyung, what really happened last night?" Sehun asked.
Chanyeol prepared the dishes for them as he took a seat beside Luhan and Chen. Baekhyun wanted to sit beside him but Chen and Luhan took the seats to have Chanyeol. He furrowed his brows but then smiled when Chanyeol looked at his side with a smile.
Chanyeol woke up early to prepare breakfast for all of them. It's his way of making them worry about him last night.
"I was walking along the seaside when I heard someone calling for help," Chanyeol started. "Then I saw two Alphas harassing an Omega so I came to save her." Chanyeol played with his fingers. "But they are strong so they pinned me down, and said that...that...since the Omega run away, they...they could have me i-instead.."
Luhan and Chen held his hand to calm him down. The Alphas growls after hearing what those bastard had done. Chanyeol might be a Beta but he didn't deserved to experience like that.
"Guys, calm down," Junmyeon said. "I will just file a report about this so that those two would never do it again."
They decided to moved on from the incident and eat breakfast that Chanyeol made for them. They have just done eating when they heard a knock from the outside. Tao opened the door and saw Hyejin with her luggage.
"Tao, who is that?" Kris asked.
"Hyung, it's the girl from last night!" Tao answered.
"Good morning," Hyejin greeted. "May I know if Chanyeol is fine?"
Chanyeol appeared and approached her. Hyejin smiled and hugged Chanyeol.
"Thank you for saving me," Hyejin said. "I don't know what will happened to me if you didn't came! And I'm sorry for troubling you!"
"Let's give them some time to talk," Kris pulled Tao away and let the two talked.
Chanyeol pulled away and smiled at her. "It's okay, I would do it too for everyone who needs help," he said.
"Still, I'm so grateful that you are fine," Hyejin said. "And by the way, I'm a fan of Peterpan, too!"
Chanyeol giggles. "Want to have a groupie before you leave?"
Hyejin nods. "I'll make the picture as a reminder that Peterpan, ain't just a group of boys who creates music but also have a good heart to help others."
Chanyeol blushed at her words. "T-Thank you."
Like what Chanyeol said, they took a groupie for a souvenir. Chanyeol send Hyejin out while the others waited for him.
"By the way.." Hyejin said. "I don't know if I should tell this, but..." She looked at Chanyeol. "Y-You're an Omega too, right?"
Chanyeol froze on his spot. Hyejin realized it held his hand.
"I have a strong sense of smell, so, even you're hiding it with a scent suppressor I could clearly smell your scent," Hyejin explained. "I know that you've worked so hard to be where you are, and the idea of having an Omega showcasing his talent in the world where everyone looked down at us, is such a achievement."
Chanyeol smiled at Hyejin.
"But please be careful, Chanyeol-oppa," Hyejin added. "What you're doing is so dangerous and it could cause problems with you and your co-members.."
"I know..but this is my dream, Hyejin," Chanyeol said. "I.. I want to prove that we can do things better than just being at home and doing house choirs."
Hyejin nods. "I'm also doing my best for that Oppa," she said. "I'm giving my best to be an Engineer, to show the world we could do more."
Chanyeol smiled at that.
"I can't wait to meet you again as an Engineer, Hyejin," Chanyeol said.
"Soar high, my sweet Omega," Hyejin said, smiling at Chanyeol. "Show the world what you can do, despite being an Omega."
Chanyeol hugged Hyejin for the last time before bidding his good bye. When he turned around, what he didn't expected, was to see Sehun giving him a questioning look.
"Did I heard it right?" Sehun asked.
"Sehunnie..." Chanyeol mumbles, trembling on how the Alpha looked at him.
Sehun took a step back.
"I-I'm sorry..." Chanyeol teared up.
Sehun felt something inside him when he saw the older started to cry. Chanyeol didn't want to cry but maybe being an Omega really shows his sensitivity.
"I d-didn't mean to..." Chanyeol hiccupped as he looked down.
"Tell me, Hyung," Sehun said. "Did I heard it right, that you are..." He gulps. "Y-You are an Omega?"
Chanyeol nods still crying and avoid to look at Sehun. Sehun clicked his tongue trying not to show how he felt betrayed by the older.
