#126 meeting your family

Bradley:

For Brad, first influences are very important to him. He wanted to make sure that you both had the blessing of your family. he loved you without a doubt and you felt the same way.

Your dad liked him straight away, but your mum took a little more convincing.

Your mum has always been very protective over you, it's understandable that she might be a bit on edge when you tell her that you're falling in love with a man from the famous boy band.

Sure at first she was a little bit sceptical, it is the night went on she saw that he wasn't that bad and that he was actually a really good guy.

Connor:

When Connor first met your parents he was very shy and timid. Con didn't know how to act or what to say to our parents.

At first it was sort of awkward. Nobody was saying anything and nobody was doing anything. The tension in the room was so thick you could cut it with a blunt knife.

As the night progressed, people began to chat and it turns out that Connor and your dad had a lot in common. As for your mum, she thought that he was adorable... She loves the bones off him, but you had to remind her that he is yours and not hers.

At the end of the night, it was like you are one big family. Your parents definitely approved of Connor Ball.

You both went home with a big smile on your face. The rest of the night you and Connor watched old romantic movies and fell asleep in each other's arms. A great way to end a fabulous day.

Tristan:

As soon as you and Tristan walks through the door of your parents house, both parents took an immediate liking to him.

Your mum thought that he was very kind, considerate, fair, funny, intelligent and much more.

Your dad thought that he was going to be good for you and he is a strong independent man and he knows what his goals are in life.

Your sister thought that he was cute and that he is a good influence on you.

So on a whole, everyone loved the idea of you and Tristan as a couple.

James:

When he first met your parents, he and your dad didn't get along at first.

He really wanted to make a good impression on both your parents, so when he found out that your dad wasn't very keen on him, he tried to fix it in any way he could.

James tried everything. He tried to be funny... Making jokes and stuff. He tried to be mature. He tried to appear as worthy of your love as he could.

After about a week of trying to get your dad to like him, he finally succeeded. Your dad gave you his blessing and wish you two the best in the future.
