Dallas Paine
02/02/2020"About 18-inches of rain has poured down in Dallas this evening flooding all of the city– making it the wettest February in our history."
"As of Monday morning, all entryways into the area west of Stemmons Freeway (I-35 E), north of Northwest Highway and east of Luna Road and south of Royal Lane are affected by the flooding."
I tuned the weatherman on the radio out, I damn near drowned out here trying to make it home from work in the middle of this shit but I guess that did not work.
We continued floating until we got onto flatland.
"Is this where the stadium at?" I asked the officer but he ignored me dropping me off at what looked like a bus stop full of crying people.
This shit was sad, we didn't have our homes and some of them family.
"Get on that there bus and find your way until things die down out hea." He told me before continuing.
"You'll be fine they have shelter and everything you need for now." He told me before going back into the water with his boat.
The bus pulled up and boy was it filthy, it looked like it stunk and wouldn't even make it up the road.
I guess a poe ride better than a pride walk.
I boarded and headed straight to the back so my back wasn't turned to anybody.
I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana but I relocated to Dallas, Texas.
After my mother passed away, I wanted to live the dream that she never got the chance to be because of cancer, FUCK CANCER.
Currently I am 22 years old and born October 31. I have no kids and before the flood I was working full time as a clothing model for a big time swimsuit company.
I currently have no family left that I know of so now I'm here, back at square one.
