Your pov
I open my eyes to see my room. I get up, got dressed, hid my necklace, then walked to the top of the stairs. I could smell brain pancakes. I let out an annoyed sigh before heading downstairs then into the kitchen to see dad cooking while Zed and Zoey are sitting at the table, eating the brain pancakes. I spot Puppy was eating dog food. Before anyone says anything, dad shouts
Dad shouts: y/n, your breakfast is ready!
I yelp and cover my ears in pain then he spots me
Dad: shoot, I'm so sorry
I sit at the table and uncover my ears
Me: it's fine
He places a plate in front of me with brain pancakes on them
Me: thanks
He goes back to cooking his breakfast as I began to eat
Zed: morning. Are your ears ok?
Me: yeah
Zed: good, and are you-
Me: ...still helping you ask Addison to the prawn. For the last time, yes
Zed: are you sure?
I get annoyed since he's asked me the same question for about five days now so I used my necklace and growled at him, making him flinch. I stop and cough
Dad scolds: y/n, stop using your necklace!
Me: sorry
Zoey: can I help?
Zed: maybe next time
Zoey gives our big brother puppy dog eyes
Zed: fine
Zoey: yay! Thank you
After we ate, Zed and I put our plates on the counter then I go over to Zoey who was petting her white scruffy dog on the sofa
Me: want to take Puppy for a walk?
The small Zombie gets excited
Zoey: yeah!
Me: I'll go get her lead then
I walk over to the closet, grabbed the dogs lead, then walked back. Upon seeing the lead, Puppy begins to bark in excitement as her little tail begins to wag. Zoey holds the excited dog as I put the f/c coloured lead on her collar. Zoey releases the dog
Zoey: can I hold the lead?
I pass her the lead then we exit the house and began to walk around aimlessly
Zoey: so, who's your date?
I look at the younger girl
Me: I don't have one
She gasps as I began to play with my Z-band that does nothing to me
Zoey: we have to get you one!
Me: nope
Zoey says upset: why not?
Me: everyone in school is ugly
Zoey: oh
We found ourselves near the forbidden forest and I felt the urge to go in it. I would usually enter but since I had Zoey with me I decided not to
Hours later
We get home to see Zed by the door. I ignore him and collapse on the sofa
Zed: ready?
I groan: I just got back
