Olivia's POV:

It had been a few days since we had arrived at the cabin. We had been doing the same boring routine everyday. Well, boring for me. I was just borderline fifth wheeling. Dinner? Sitting alone. Watching movies? Sitting alone. Going on hikes? Walking with Milo in the back. The past two days its been snowing more and more. It was the morning. I could feel the bright light beaming in on me.

I stirred around in my bed. The house is quieter than usual. I usually wake up to Mia and Riley singing old songs from the early 2000's downstairs as they cook breakfast. But nothing could be heard today.

I slowly open my eyes, stretching my arms and legs as I sit up slowly. I use the elastic that is constantly glued to my wrist and tie my hair back into a messy bun.

I yawn and roll out of my bed, staying in my pyjamas as I walk out of my room slowly. I look around me as I walk down the long stairs. I peak into the kitchen. No one was there.

''What the..'' I speak lowly as I turn around and walk into the living room. I jump a little as I see Luke just sitting there, reading a book, ''Shit!'' I exclaim, covering my mouth.

His head turns to look at me quickly as he looks a bit startled, ''Jesus, what the fuck?''

''Where is everyone else? Why are you sitting in silence?''

''Okay, for one, I'm reading. Two, they all went out somewhere, Mia didn't even wake me up.''

''What a shame,'' I squint my eyes and speak sarcastically as I walk to the front door and I open it, my jaw dropping as I look at a big wall of well-compacted snow.

This cannot be happening. I was snowed in with Luke of all people.

''Uhh, Luke?'' I was frozen, I kept staring at the snow.

''What now?'' He speaks from the living room, I can hear his footsteps coming closer.

I look back at him, I step out of the way as he steps closer, a face of realization washes over his face, ''Oh fuck, no no no.'' He tries to punch the snow but has no success. Now he just has bruised knuckles.

He winces in pain and holds his hand, ''We're fucking snowed in?''

''Thanks for pointing out the fucking obvious, dude!'' I speak quickly, clearly in a state of panic.

He groans and shuts the door, walking into the kitchen to grab his phone.

''Wha-'' I shake my head and follow him quickly to the kitchen.

He's just muttering curse words, hitting his phone, ''Fuck, fuck, fuck! The phone line probably got snowed on! There's no fucking service!''

This feels like a nightmare. We are locked away from the whole world.

''What do we do?'' I breathe heavily and look up at him, running my hands through my hair.

''A movie?'' He speaks randomly.

My panic breathing stops and I squint my eyes, ''A movie?''

He nods and walks to the living room.

I follow him into the living room, ''I feel like a movie is really the least of our probl-''

''What else is there to do? We have no service. We have electricities and.. Disney movies, so?'' He shrugs and puts on Finding Nemo.

I whine and sit down in the comfortable corner part of the couch. He sits down a bit away from me and looks at me quickly and then the TV as he presses play.
