"ohhh,my god, my mum is driving me up the wall!! she keeps saying if i have everything even though i haven't even finished packing yet! i swear, i cant WAIT until i leave, you know what i bet you that i'll get on with her more now that I'm not living with her!!" i was rambling down the phone to my bestest friend in,like , the ENTIRE WORLD!!!
"just think we'll be away from our mothers in just 24 HOURS!!" she squealed down the phone. my best friend right here is called Amie, me and her found 2 apartments with roommates in the same area but not in the same building. she has a male roommate called Nathan. and, well, i thought i was having a female roommate but turns out it was her building. i've already paid now and im not complaining or anything that I'm with a guy but I'm just hoping hes not all obnoxious and stuff cause that would seriously destract me from child care course. I'm not hoping for a total nerd either though.. just someone who's average...
*next day - packing stuff into the car*
"oh my god-my mum didn't cry or anything when i left!!!" Amie groaned when she came and picked me up.
" ugh, i wish my mum didn't cry, shes been blubbering all morning!! my breakfast tasted like tears!! and she didn't even make mine!!! that's why I'm so late! she had'nt let me for about an hour.. which mean.."
"you couldn't breath for a whole hour!?" Amie knows how strong my mums hugs are.. its like bone crushing!! " anyway now Ive pryed u away from the bone crusher control freak LETS GET ON THE ROAD!!!" she screamed at the top of her lungs, i swear i heard a faint baby cry and a tiny "for god sake!" from next door... ha ha i shouldn't laugh, their nice people.i screamed even louder just as i heard the baby crying stop "LETS GO, LETS GO AND GETS THIS UNI PARTY STARTED!!" the baby cry wasn't as faint.. it got louder..oops?

*driving to London from herfordshire*
the whole ride their was pretty much us belting out the wanted - i found you and all the other songs on capital, till we got out of range, but by that time we got to my building which funnily enough shared a car park with Amie's!
i lugged out my suitcase and bag out of her boot and proceeded into the sandy cream coloured building. the inside looked presentable with red and green swirls and patterned carpets and the walls painted chocolate brown and white with the top half being white and bottom being brown. i made my way over to the mirrored lift.
"how could a place life this be this cheap?" i thought to myself. I'm so glad i picked this place!
i got in the lift and pressed the circled 4. and off i went.
"4g" was my apartment and was all the way down the other end of the corridor.as i got closer i heard louder and louder moans...great way to meet the guy. " hi sorry to interrupt your little shagging session but I'm your new roommate Ashley could you point me in the direction of my room please?!" yeah that would go great...
by the time i reached the door, thank the lord the moans had stopped. i heard movement int the apartment and as i reached my hand up to knock a blond hair blue eyes girl looked slightly older that me came storming out, shoving me out the way. i could'nt help but just stand there staring at the partly naked women storming down the corridor, completely shocked.. well that's just great! he's a player too..
since the door was now open, i went inside. the had good taste. it was like the walls downstairs but the bottom half was night-sky-blue which went together really when and the carpets were a clean cream colour. wow! a guy that hoovers!
i went through the door at the end of the corridor, thinking it was the living room, it was. as i went through the door i whacked into someones chest, which actually really hurt! this guy must workout. i was presuming he was Aidan. i looked to find the guy in nothing butgrey trackies, one eyebrow raised and smirking down at me.
"could i help you with something?" he said still smirking."anything, anything.at.all..." the last word fading into a whisper as he looked be up and down.
"Aidan, I'm presuming?" i said in a dull tone. he simply nodded. "hey im ashley, your new roommate. so could you just point me in the dir-"
"wait, your a chick."he cut me off.. -.-
"well done" i said clapping, "and thats a table," pointing at the table " and thats a sofa" pointing at the sofa, and saying all this like i was talking to a 5 year old. what? he had it coming... "now we have that cleared, could you please point me towards my room?" i asked putting my hand on my hip and raising an eyebrow.
he looked at me, unimpressed then instantly went back to the annoyingly hot smirk as he pointed to the door on the right. i nodded thanks and shot back his unimpressed look and walked away towards the room to unpack.
well i guess that it wasnt as awkward as my previous thought, thank god!!
