"Approaching landing zone. Drop out in five minutes."
Something was off.
Elijah could tell as soon as they felt a rough shake all around them. The loud rattling of metallic objects and constant rocking around prompted them to open their eyes.
Was it a dream? No, Elijah rarely dreamt. Especially not about anything with the inside of what seemed to be a military vehicle. Nor about people.
They spotted a familiar fiery redhead not far away from them, as well as other familiar figures, who all seemed to wake up just like they did. All geared up in the same tactical outfits, looking around, very confused.
"What the fuck is going on?" Daniel's annoying voice rose from the silent group.
"Are we inside a helo right now?" Tobias asked when the entire place got even shakier, before roughly bumping down, and all movement stopped at once. The loud whooshing sound continued still though, as a mysterious voice boomed again in everyone's ears.
"LZ reached. Disembarking ."

[Location: Kansai; Kyoto prefecture; Summit of Mt.Inari]
[Primary mission: Destroy the ruler of the region and clear the zone]
[Side objective: Reach all the savings points]
[Six hours left before the end of this session]

The helicopter's wide metallic doors opened suddenly near Elijah who was sitting closest to them. They were in the middle of a large open area surrounded by large trees. Everything was completely silent.
Their seatbelts unbuckled automatically, but no one got out of the helicopter, staring at each other in shock and silence.
"Okay, okay. Let's take a second to think about this." Ella stuttered, breathing quickly to calm down. "This gotta be a dream! There's no other way!"
Siobhan and Damian seemed to agree with her, slapping their cheeks pretty hard, trying to wake themselves up. That didn't work. They just had flushed cheeks now.
"How are we still connected to this? We all went home yesterday, it should be over!"
"There's no one in the pilot seats!" Thiago said, after getting up, wanting to get an answer from the, non-existent, pilot of this helicopter.
"I don't- I really don't understand... I can't access the main system anymore, and manual disconnection option doesn't respond either." Colyn was looking confused too, but her voice seemed composed when she called out for the A.I. "OMOI-KANE. Enable emergency exit."
[I'm sorry, but this function isn't accessible]
"Contact one of the programmers then. They should know how to help us from the outside."
[I'm sorry, but this function isn't accessible]
Colyn let out a frustrated flow of insults, showing her panic growing up. When she noticed how everyone was looking at her, she cleared her throat.
