jack eyed monica while she fed nolan oatmeal "curly i'm fine". she gritted glancing over at him "but are you for sure?". he asked raising an eyebrow,

brandy busted out laughing shaking her head at them. "i'm gonna lay lani down". monica nodded watching as brandy took a sleeping nalani out the high chair.

"i-i know we're supposed to be here for vacation but i didn't know they booked me to perform". he softly said sitting beside her "curly i understand i'm not angry with you ok?". she said glancing over at him,

jack sighed in guilt. "monica? you aren't fine i know you lying so i can go perform". he softly said making monica shake her head.

"curly did you forget i went to school? i know my body i'm good! i just caught a bug". she softly said,

nolan screamed gently tapping monica's hand that held the spoon "sorry baby". she laughed placing the spoon into his mouth.

"caught a bug? monica since the twins party you've been throwing up and complaining about your headaches! that's pregnancy symptoms". he said "i know my body! stop saying that". she screamed starting nolan who jumped in surprise.

"just go perform ok? be safe". she mumbled wiping nolan's messy mouth "monica". he said grabbing her hand "jackman". she said glaring at him, "fine i'm coming straight back after ok?". she nodded playfully ruffling his curly hair.

"i love you give me a kiss". she softly said making jack frown "what no!? you have a bug remember". rolling her eyes monica unbuckled nolan before lifting him into her arms.

"sweetie give daddy a kiss for good luck". she softly said, nolan glanced at jack before smiling "i love you buddy". jack said pecking his lips before ruffling his hair,

jack leaned down towards monica "nope bye get out my face". she said mushing his head back "i have a bug remember?". she spat rolling her eyes "whatever stop calling our child a bug". jack said before running out the room.

later that night

jack opened the front door exhausted, nolan who was laying on monica's chest playing with her hair sitting up nolan slid off her body "dada". nolan screamed running over to him before hugging jack's leg "hey buddy why aren't you sleeping?". jack asked raising an eyebrow "mama". nolan softly said pointing towards the couch, jack walked over glancing down at monica who was knocked out.

reaching over jack nudged her making her whine "what jackman?". she spat fluttering her eyes open, "woah attitude get up and go upstairs so you won't complain about your back". he softly said grabbing her hand pulling her up.

"hi mama". nolan softly said smiling at her, she ran her hand through her hair, "are you feeling any better?". he asked gazing at her pale face "yeah". she nodded kissing nolan's cheek before brushing past them.

nolan grabbed jack's face before leaning forward kissing his lips "i love you too buddy".
