Chapter 1

"LongKit!" K/n squealed as her brother squashed her under his paws, "get off me!" LongKit laughed triumphantly, "you just can't deny that I beat you!"

K/n kicked her brother off with a huff, RobinWing purred in amusement. "Come on now, you two will be having your apprentice ceremonies soon, you both need to be all cleaned up for it!"

The brown she-cat dragged LongKit towards her and started licking his fur clean from dirt, "mom! I can do it myself!" He argued whilst K/n watched with joy.

"Don't think your getting out of it, K/n," The p/c she-kit was then picked up by PatchPelt as he then began cleaning her. "Dad!" She mewed happily, she didn't get to see her father that often, he was mostly too busy with duties, however he was going to retire soon...

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather beneath the high rock for a clan meeting!" BlueStar called.

RobinWing and PatchPelt pushed their kits to the front, K/n and LongKit were overly excited for their ceremony.

"We have two kits ready to be apprentices," the blue she-cat informed, her eyes landing onto the kits below her, "K/n, and LongKit, until you have earned your warrior name, you'll be known as A/n and LongPaw respectively."

Then she announced the mentors, "LongPaw, your mentor will be DarkStripe, A/n your mentor will be LionHeart."

A/n smiled happily, looking as the large golden tabby walked towards her with a proud look and touched noses with the p/c she-cat.

"A/n! LongPaw!"

The clan started cheering and A/n puffed out her chest proudly, earning a scoff from LongPaw, the clan was dismissed and LionHeart was quick to give a tour of the territory to A/n, whilst LongPaw went with DarkStipe to do whatever.

After the tour they did hunting practice and over the moons LongPaw and A/n did they're best for the clan, however there was one thing that A/n had grown to hate.

"Kittypets are the one thing that should never be in our territory," DarkStripe growled, that day he was in charge of taking A/n and LongPaw out, TigerClaw accompanied them.

"Ugh they're the worst!" LongPaw spat, "those fat things should stick with their pathetic owners!"

The brown tabby laughed loudly, "couldn't of said it any better!" TigerClaw stated. A/n looked confused. "Sorry to ask, but what is it about kittypets you dislike?"

All three toms stared at her, DarkStripe then started to circle her, dragging his tail under her chin, "long time ago, a certain pathetic leader left his son in the dust, all to be a poor kittypet!"

"PineStar was never my father! He never spent time with me...he hated me." TigerClaw growled. DarkStripe looked up at the sky with a hard expression. "It's why Kittypets like him should never join our clan, it makes us weak!"

And A/n listened, growing hatred for Kittypets and becoming one of TigerClaw's group. The she-cat wanted to be seen as a prized warrior by TigerClaw and DarkStripe, and of course LionHeart.

"Hey W/n," the p/c she-cat snapped out of it and looked at her brother, "what is it LongTail?" The black stripes tabby smirked, "can't believe we're already warriors! Time sure has past Huh?"
