Chapter 12

Luckily every cat was able to escape the twoleg's CloudPaw panted as they stopped by the River.

"It was awful there, I want to stay with the clans!" He huffed. FireHeart narrowed his eyes at his nephew, "I mean you rescued me so the clan must of wanted me back!"

SandStorm sighed, "how can we believe you?" DarkStripe nodded with a grunt, W/n shook her head.

"We should just get back to camp.." she stumbled in front as the group followed her, DarkStripe padded beside her.

"Are you alright?" He whispered, she nodded reassuringly. "Just tired that's all..." RavenPaw had left the group as the moon was starting to lower in the sky.

Everyone entered camp and FireHeart and SandStorm entered the warriors den. CloudPaw had gone to the apprentices den.

DarkStripe sighed as he looked at W/n, "are you sure your alright?"

"Yes, I'm fine! I know it's been a moon but the kits aren't arriving yet..." the p/c she-cat murmured. The black tabby pressed his head against W/N's before going to the warriors den.

W/n let a sigh escape her mouth before walking to the nursery, her tail swishing behind her gracefully.

Yowls erupted through camp, GoldenFlower had woken W/n up with vigorous shakes. "What's going on?" The p/c she-cat meowed with fear.

"There a fire in camp!" WillowPelt hissed with fear as she picked up RainKit, WhiteStorm took SootKit in his jaws.

W/n saw SorrelKit cowering and grabbed the kit gently. The group of cats ran through the blazing fire, the p/c she-cat squinted her eyes at the heat stung them.

A tree crackled underneath the ground, W/n yowled as it came crashing down, and almost hit GoldenFlower.

The golden tabby picked up TawnyKit and sped off. W/n followed and was soon reunited with DarkStripe, "oh your alright!" He mewed happily as he licked his mates fur quickly.

BlueStar stared at the fire with slit pupils, clearly her mind was off in other places. "Are we missing anyone?" FireHeart called out to the group of ThunderClan cats.

GoldenFlower wailed, "BrambleKit, he isn't with us!" LongTail's blue eyes then grew wide with horror, "PatchPelt isn't here either!"

W/n was about to run back into camp, however she let out a blood curdling yowl and collapsed onto the ground.

DarkStripe nudged her repeatedly, "what's wrong? Tell me what's wrong!" YellowFang pushed every cat out of the way.

"She's kitting, CinderPelt you'll have to deliver the kits, I'm going in to find PatchPelt!" The grey scruffy she-cat hissed.

FireHeart joined her side, "we need to find BrambleKit and PatchPelt!" As the deputy and medicine cat ran away.

BlueStar stared at her clan, "we need to move, now!" W/n raised herself up with the support of CinderPelt and DarkStripe. They moved to Sunningrocks as W/n groaned and laid back down.

CinderPelt looked horrified as she was seemingly reliving a bad memory, LongTail then growled, "RiverClan..."

CrookedStar and A few of his warriors crossed the river, "what happened?" DarkStripe shook his head, "a fire has taken our camp and W/n is kitting!"
