The sun was shining bright, casting a warm glow on the living room where Bhav and his mother Adhya were busy preparing presents for Jayjay's wedding. Bhav was engrossed in wrapping a beautiful silver vase while Adhya was putting the finishing touches on a gorgeous bouquet.

Parth, who was sitting on the nearby couch, was strumming his guitar, lost in his own world. He had been busy with his band rehearsals for the upcoming concert at his university, but now he took a break and played his guitar to relax.

The past few days had been peaceful for Bhav and Parth, and they hadn't fought much. Bhav often found himself daydreaming about Parth, remembering the moments they had spent together. Even the simple act of catching Parth gazing at him in between something sent his heart racing, adrenaline rushing, and many other feelings that he could not explain.

Parth had been busy with his band, and Bhav often found himself shyly wandering around him, wishing for more time together. But even in his busy schedule, Parth always made time for Bhav.

As Adhya finished arranging the flowers in the vase, she turned to Bhav with a smile

As Adhya finished arranging the flowers in the vase, she turned to Bhav with a smile. "Honey, what do you want for your birthday?" she asked Bhav with a smile.

Bhav hummed and tapped his chin with his index finger, showing that he was thinking.

"I don't know, but obviously something nice," Bhav finally said, smiling.

Parth scoffed. "Why? You already have everything, spoiled little brat," he said, chuckling a little.

Bhav turned his gaze to the older boy and scrunched his eyebrows together. "I wasn't talking to you, was I? So shut your ugly mouth."

"You should respect the ones who are older than you."

"Oh really? But you act like a three-year-old anyways," Bhav retorted, causing Parth to raise an eyebrow.

"I am the three-year-old here- "

"Okay, boys, that's enough for today," Parth's mother interrupted before things could escalate any further. She smiled nervously and told one of the maids to take their plates.

Bhav scoffed at Parth before standing up and walking towards the cinema, not wanting to see Parth's irritable face at the moment.

Bhav slumped down onto the cozy sofa, feeling a mix of emotions ranging from confusion to irritation. As he scrolled through his phone and found Jayjay's contact, a rush of enthusiasm flowed through him. After a few rings, Jayjay answered the call with his usual excitement.

"Jayjayie!" Bhav exclaimed, grinning from ear to ear.

"Yes, My Bhavo! How are you doing?" Jayjay responded.

"I'm good, just hanging out in the cinema. Hey, are you having fun with Vivek?" Bhav asked.

Jayjay's voice immediately turned giddy, "Yes!!! we're going to watch a movie later!"
