"I'll go hide in your bathroom," Parth whisper-laughed as he made his way to Bhav's en-suite bathroom, trying not to burst out laughing. Bhav watched him go, feeling a mix of amusement and embarrassment.

As Parth disappeared behind the bathroom door, Bhav let out a sigh and slumped down onto his bed. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, feeling drained after their intense encounter.

"Just wait a minute Jayjayie!" Bhav yelled out, hoping to stall for time.

He slowly got up from the bed and quickly pulled on his jeans, which were crumpled up on the floor. He tried to fix his hair a bit, knowing it must have been mussed up during his and Parth's intimate moment.

Bhav unlocked the door and opened it to find not just Jayjay, but also his other step-brother, Vivek.

"Oh, bhaiya, you're here too," Bhav said, trying to sound nonchalant.

"Yeah, Jayjay wanted to 'explore' your house," Vivek said with a chuckle.

"What are you doing here, Bhavo--wait. Why are your clothes and hair all messed up? Do you know how long it took me to make your hair all pretty like that?" Jayjay asked, furrowing his eyebrows in confusion.

"Oh, uhm...I just had to lie down for a bit...I guess I kinda messed up my hair and clothes then," Bhav lied, hoping that his friends wouldn't see through his flimsy excuse.

Vivek chuckled. "Looks like you had a good nap," he said, winking at Bhav.

Bhav's cheeks flushed with embarrassment, but he managed to force a smile. "Yeah, I guess so," he said, grateful that they were buying his story.

Jayjayie raised an eyebrow skeptically, but he didn't press the issue. "Well, come on. We're all waiting for you downstairs. It's your birthday, after all!"

Bhav nodded, relieved that the conversation was over. Jayjay noticed Bhav holding something in his hand and asked, "oh! You got Parth's Polaroid, that means you won! Let's see it!"

Bhav handed the Polaroid to Jayjay, who smiled as he saw the picture. "Ha! I knew you'd win. You're a natural at these kinds of games."

Bhav chuckled, "Yeah, I guess I lucked out this time."

"Yeah, now speaking of Parth.. where is he?" Vivek decided to speak, looking around the room as if expecting to find Parth hiding somewhere.

Bhav's mind raced as he tried to come up with a convincing lie. "Oh, uhm... he went to his room after I got his Polaroid," he said, hoping his voice didn't betray his nerves.

Vivek frowned, looking skeptical. "You don't know where he is?" he asked.

Bhav shook his head, his heart pounding in his chest. "No, I'm not sure. He didn't say where he was going," he replied, hoping his words sounded casual.
