Note: I've decided to share with you this new song of Zevia, she gives a different type of vibe :)

A Minutes later...

Jill doesn't say a word and stepped outside leaving us on the car.

"Looks like you're relief, now that Jill have left" I smiled at Mark as I saw him grinning at the mirror

"You know, Amanda" he stopped for a moment before swallowing hard

"I think it's better for you to stay with me for awhile" I looked at him, I have so many questions stuck in my head.

_ Later at Mark's Home

I was being comfy, sitting on the couch while Mark was in the kitchen. He entered the living room, holding some cups of tea.

"Warm up for a bit" I nodded as I take a sip on my tea

"John already told me to keep you here for days, I don't know... maybe weeks" he shifts uncomfortable

He wasn't looked very pleased about the idea

"You know I could just leave-" he looked at me

"It's John's choice not mine- I don't want someone in here either" he looked away, trying to ease his anger

"I'm sorry" he looked at me with those blue pale eyes

"For what?- It's Kramer- he always get what he wants.." he shut me up, he was so mad but still he managed to speak lowly

"Does John does this to anyone? like keeping me safe?" I looked at him

"No-John doesn't do that, I'm quite surprised that this stuff was already happening" he examined me

"Are you two together?- It was clearly obvious- John was being protective of you- he was also acting different" Mark looked at me, waiting for an answer

"Maybe-" he was staring at me

"Well in that case, have fun- I guess... he was pretty old-" I slapped him playfully

He smirked.

"It's true- I haven't seen a Kramer being in love again" I was so fed up of his nonsense comment

I looked away as I noticed the frame in the shelves. Some of them were already covered in dust.

"Who was that-Mark? you two seem close together" he glanced on it and quickly looked away

"Yeah, that's my sister- she was my whole world, she's been with me since my childhood" he said while

"He passed away two years ago- there was no time I have stopped thinking of her" he sighed

"I'm so sorry for that, Mark" he just looked away

"I've realized that, we should value our loved ones- we don't know how long will be there at our side, no one knows how long we will live" he stated as he walked towards the shelves

"John was right... we should value our life, it's a blessing that we should be grateful of" he said as he smiled, his mood lighten up

Mark showed me all over the house. I've realized that this place really means a lot to him. And I'm glad that he was not that cold and arrogant when talking to me.

After the long time with Mark he finally told me to take some rest and pointed the last room, upstairs. I just nod and went inside, closing the door behind.
