At A Certain Time

CHAPTER 3

As soon as we get here in Manila inayos na agad namin yung condo at pinasa yung mga final papers that we need in order to enter college.

Adjusting phase was really hard , new environment , large number of crowds , tall buildings , traffic and meeting new people with different values and perspectives. Totoo nga ata yung sinabi nila na parang ang bilis ng oras pag nasa lungsod ka , there's no dead time here ultimo madaling araw madaming tao ang naka tambay sa labas.

"Hoy Yllanna Sorrine baka gusto mo namang mag liwaliw libutin ang syudad at mag hello sa bagong environment mo diba . Simula nung pumunta tayo dito kinulong mo na ang sarili mo sa condo mong to."

"You know what Gel ang ingay mo .Dinadayo mo lang ako dito para bungangaan. 1 week na lang opening na and I'd rather spend my day resting than to stuck myself on that traffic"

"Yun nga yung point Yanna 1 week na lang class na mag enjoy ka naman muna bago ka makipagbunuan sa mga school works mo"

"Wala ako sa mood ok kung pwedi lang sana opening na diba ang boring na kaya"

I just don't feel going out and be on crowds nakakahilo yun at hindi ako pumunta ng Manila to have my night life , my main goal is to finish college.

"Tara na kasi malapit lang naman yung Pop Up dito eh tara na , ang Kj mo naman eh"

She's always like that , sa aming dalawa siya yung mas may social life at siya yung very friendly while I prefer to be at one side doing my thing. Iniisip ko pa lang tinatamad na ako pero alam kong di naman to titigil hanggat di napagbibigyan . She also has a point I'll just enjoy this time while it lasts.

"Ok fine, wait for me mag aayos lng ako but at 11 uuwi na ako ok."

"girl ano ba 11? seryoso ka na dyan? make it 12 matuto ka namang mag enjoy"

"11:30 and that's final take it or leave it"
She knows how much I hate being with a large number of people. Nakakalagkit sa feeling .

"Ok fine 11:30 , so be it . Sige na mag ayos kna"

I prefer wearing comfy not so sexy clothes. Black Crop top longsleeves and wide leg pants. I matched it with sneakers and clip my hair up. I also put tinted cream and do my kilay as well as my eyeliner. I just add some glitters as my eyeshadow and little highlights on my cheeks and nose for emphasis. Ofcourse I put lip stain and blush and set everything with a setting spray. Also I wear my watch and my neclace for accessories and decided to use a sling bag , ready to go.

"Let's go remember hanggang 11:30 lang ako dun no more pweding less ."

"it should be no more no less , 7 na and for sure 8 na tlga tayo makakdating dun. Where's the fun in just 3 hours Yanna"

I didn't mind it na wala naman talaga akong balak pumunta eh. As I drive our way to Pop Up she keeps on telling me how she hates a man next to her room kasi daw nung last nakasakay sila sa elevator he's not gentleman enough to push the number on elevator floor. He just also look at her while struggling on her groceries . Madami pa siyang kinikwento and I prefer to just listen . After a long minute we already arrived at pop-up.

"Ylla try to loosen up , andito tayo sa bar and you're so stiff . Try to enjoy life outside academics."

"Angel you know me I don't mind if I'll just stay inside my room and read . I'm not into this crowd"

As usual she just roll her eyes on me and way herself to the dancefloor. I just stared at her from afar. Dapat ko tong bantayan baka malasing at magkalat yan dito. I just keep my focus on her when someone bump me kasi nagtutulakan sila.

"sorry miss , I didn't mean to push you , sila kasi nagtutulakan sila . Any way I'm Sebastian Raze and you are?"

A typical club boy style to know a girl , tsk .  I may not put attention on this kind of socializing but I grew up being surrounded by men and they train me well.

"Sorry I don't talk to strangers". his companions boo him and say something I didn't pay any attention of. At nag pustahan pa nga ang mga loko.

"I just wanna know who I bumped into to formally say sorry but if you're not comfortable introducing yourself that's fine. I'm sorry anyway"

"You have so many words that irritates me"

" You know your attitude keeps me talking to you. You're fiesty."

" I'm Yllanna , is that enough?"

"I'm Sebastian"

"Nice to meet you"

"So do I , sorry but I'll excuse myself I need to get my friend out of the crowd ."
Sabi na eh bawal malingat kundi magkakalat ang bruha , Hay nakoo.

"This  way miss be careful."

This is why I hate clubbing it's too much crowd too much introducing that I hate to do .

"Angel let's go it's already 11:30 and I need to drive you home. "

"I saw you talking to someone talk and I bet pogi yun , sino yun"

"Sebastian , that's his name now let's go home."

"Sebastian , grabe ka huh it's your first time here pero may nakapansin na sayo not to mention he's one of hell hot guy."

"nothing seems special to me , he's a guy so what? Kung ako sayo bilisan mo dyan lagpas na tayo sa 11:30 "

As we walk out I keep on glancing at her , always turning my head back to secure her at para aware ako kung sumusunod siya when I accidentally bump on some one's broad back. I stop and look at him with a apologetic face. He just look at me from head to toe , it seems like he's checking me out hanggang sa nakita niya ung paa kong nakatipalok.

" hey miss are you ok? may masakit ba sayo?"

"I'm fine , sorry for my clumsiness. Excuse me my friend and I needs to get out"

After that small interaction I find our way out pero di ko mahanap hanap ang exit na bebwesit na ako.

"Seems your lost miss black top."
I'm confused to the point I point myself and he nodded.

" Let me show you the way out mukhang di mo na kasi nakakaya friend mo."

He lead the way out and for some reason I find it so gentleman . Sumunod lng ako sa kanya while holding Angel's hand and when we get outside of the crowd , I look at him and smile.

"Thanks alot Mr. and sorry mukhang naabala kita."

"No worries , it's Wise by thr way"

"Yllanna , nice to meet you Wise"
