UNKNOWN
The Freelancer, under the coordination of Rose. Steals a loot bag in one of Halcyon's Killhouse. This happens after The Freelancers death, so it is suspected to be an afterlife limbo.
The Freelancer, before coming to this Killhouse. Is in the mission where he stole 20 million from the armored trucks, Jackdaw speaks to him at his grave how he didn't want this to happen, he didn't want The Freelancer to be dead, and even saying sorry that it ended like this. Then they fight a bunch of SWATs as they did in the same mission. They fought until Jackdaw speaks again, informing him that Halcyon is destroyed, its no longer a thing, The director is dead and that he was proud of the Freelancer. After this, the Killhouse happens...
Though, what had happened here? Why was there still two different "missions" even after The Freelancer's death, even Rose was dead. Yet she was a coordinator for The Killhouse mission. Nothing makes perfect sense in this story, but it stills keeps us of great interest if you think about it.
This Killhouse we're talking about is like the Gala but its not. It has minor changes to it and you can't steal artifacts here, you have to only steal a loot bag.
2021
Jackdaw lives in the cabin in the middle of the forest. Sparrow, a pilot for Phoenix and also a former air force member checks up on him since The Freelancer can't. Sparrow invites him to her house for dinner. Jackdaw, however declines but gives her millions of dollars from the Phoenix Offshore account which Jack won't use anymore. Phoenix has disbanded for 4 years, and the use of the cash in this back account is something he doesn't want anymore, even though its millions of dollars, but how will he even use them anyway? He's very old and can't even walk perfectly, doesn't have a perfect memory after the Death of the Freelancer. He gives all of them to her, thinking that she will use it in a right way.
