It was quiet, you could hear the lights humming softly. The room was partially lit by the vanity mirror. The humming seemed louder than it was. It was driving Bonnie crazy, he felt like his head was going to burst.

He was sitting in front of Freddy's vanity with his head down, he'd been there ever since he came back. He had kinda lied about his power being low, it was actually at half when they left the daycare. Though he did feel like something was draining his power. He was feeling out of it.

He knows he said he'd catch up with them later, but that was an empty promise. He honestly just wanted to be alone for a while.

Sure he was laughing and poking fun earlier, but he felt empty inside. Like he didn't belong. He didn't want to be a wet blanket and ruin Gregory and Freddy's fun. That's kinda the reason why he made up that excuse anyway. He was feeling down, he had been for awhile.

He glanced up, looking at the reflective surface. His magenta eyes in the mirror stared back at him. They were dull and void of any emotions. He exhaled quietly.

He looked over across the room at the couch where Freddy and Gregory were. They had come back a while ago. Freddy was sitting on the end of the couch while Gregory was curled up beside him. They were both fast asleep.

He smiled softly before turning back to his reflection. The smile slowly fell as he realized something.

There's no point of him being here. He's honestly just a liability. Collateral damage really.

Just a forgotten memory.

He was going to be replaced and essentially erased from history. It would be like he never existed.

Those memories of making people smile. Bringing them joy. Meant nothing. Just temporary satisfaction. A temporary distraction to forget everything else around. Even if it was just for one day.

It would still be one of those unforgettable memories especially to a child.

He missed those good old days.

Seeing his friends. Making them laugh.

He missed being on his stage, entertaining the kids. He really got to be himself there. They loved him because of that.

He just wants his life back.

He just wants a second chance.

He clenched his jaw as he balled his hands. His eyes glossed over. Trying to keep himself from making any noise. He quietly sniffed, while quickly wiping his eyes, he couldn't let Freddy see him like this. He tried to keep a positive attitude, but he didn't know long he could keep it up. He was just a broken shell of his former self.

He put his face in hands as a broken sob fell past his lips. He sobbed quietly as he was hit with an intense wave of emotions.

"Bonnie…" a soft voice called.

He froze, his eyes looking over to see Gregory.

The boy was slowly sitting up, his eyes still shut. Once he was sitting up, he yawned and rubbed his eyes.

He really hoped that he didn't wake him up because he heard him. He quickly put on a smile as he turned towards the boy who was looking at him with tired eyes.

"H-hey Kid." He said, though he silently cursed himself for stuttering.

Gregory blinked slowly, "Bonnie, were you crying?" He asked.

"What? No, maybe you just heard Monty." He quickly answered, "He snores really loud."

Which technically was true.
