A couple of years have passed and Godzilla is a little bit older, but he is still the runt of the family.

Godzilla was inside his cave with his mom when Dagon came in.

"Godzilla, can you come with me? I want to teach you something."

"Okay!" Godzilla said, excitedly. Dagon and Godzilla walked out of the cave, and after a few minutes, they went into a large meadow

"Son, I am going to teach you how to use your atomic breath."

"Wow, really?"

"Yes. Now sink your claws into the dirt, square your shoulders, take a deep breath, and try and gather all the energy inside you and release it." Godzilla did what he was told and small blue smoke came out. "Try again," Dagon said. Godzilla tried again and a small blue flame came out. "Good work son."

"Good work? But it was so small and...weak..."

"And so was my first."

"What?"

"Do you think I started to like how I'm going? When I was young, I couldn't do it properly. You did it better than I did the first time. Though I won't blame you like my father blamed me. I know you will get better. No one starts perfect."

"Thanks, dad." Godzilla went up to Dagon and hugged him. Dagon looked up and saw Reo.

"What is it, Reo?"

"Why do you always give Godzilla so much attention? you never give gave me that much attention even though I'm the future king!"

"Because when I tried, you always pushed me away and told me to leave you alone." Reo rolled his eyes and huffed. Suddenly something caught Dagon's attention from the corner of his eye. It was a movement of something from some distance. "Wait here, sons, I have to go see something." He walked away. Reo growled as he glared at his brother. Godzilla's child nativity didn't notice these signs.

"Did you see me? I shot an atomic breath!"

"Yeah, I saw and it was pathetic!" He scolded.

"What?..." Godzilla said in shock and heartbreak.

"Everything about you is pathetic. You are spoiled. Don't you go thinking about becoming king!"

"But I wasn't."

"I know you are. Our father has been feeding that idea into your brain, hasn't he?"

"I...uh..."

"Reo!" Dagon approached. "I think it's time to head home for dinner."

"Hmmph!" Reo huffed as he walked away. As they walked, Dagon positioned himself in between them to avoid more conflict.

"Mom! Mom! I shot an atomic breath!"Godzilla jumped into his mom's arms as they arrived.

"Whoa, really?"

"Yes!" Godzilla jumped into his mom's arms. Dagon went and kissed his queen in the head.

Joosuma smiled dimmed a bit and she placed Godzilla down. "Alright, now run along and tell your sister about it."

"Okay!" Godzilla ran off to find his sister.

Joosuma turned to Dagon with a concerned look on her face. "Any sign of him trying to escape?"

"No. I truly believe he is gone for good. There are remnants of the Mutos, but not him." Replied Dagon.

"But remember what Sabello said. It is not permanent."

"Perhaps it can. We have defied fate before, so why not again?"
