Jamie Nimbus didn't know what he expected turning eighteen would be like, but he didn't think it would be like this. Objects seemed to move if he squint at them. Faint, golden sparks seem to shoot from his fingertips. Dreams of a handsome stranger with silver hair plagued him at night. At first, he chalked it all up to his overactive imagination, this couldn't possibly be happening for real, right?
A week after his birthday the mysterious stranger from his dreams approaches him and reveals that he is a high-born fairy who was hidden in the human world as a baby for his protection. He is now coming into a powerful arsenal of magic and is destined to be the ruler of a fairy kingdom that will fall apart if he continues residing in the human world. But can he really live up to everyone's expectations and take over?
