It's your first day at a new school, you never have been good at making friends but like you thought this can be different, the start of something new. you went to your first class and the teacher introduced you to the class, "hello class today we have a new student so lets be nice and give her a good first day" I waved to the class then the teacher told me I can go sit "Y/N you may go sit now"

I sat in the very back next to a boy with long curly brown hair, before I could stop starring he caught me "Hi i'm Eddie...Eddie Munson, and you are"
he said that like the teacher didn't just say my name "I'm Y/M/L/N, nice to meet you Eddie"
he took my hand and kissed the top of it making me blush a little.

you walked into the lunch room and sat alone with your food, you looked up seeing Eddie stand up on the table "AS LONG AS YOUR INTO BAND, OR SCIENCE, OR PARTYS, OR A GAME WHERE YOU THROW BALLS INTO LAUNDRY BASKETS" a boy from the basketball teem yelled "YOU WANT SOMETHING FREAK" causing Eddie to stick his tongue out and putting his fingers up like devil horns.

Again he caught me starring and walked over to me "What is a beautiful girl like you sitting all alone" he look me in my eyes still standing up, "Well you see I don't have friends, thats why I'm sitting alone" he looked at me with a concerned look  on his face "Well how about you come sit with me and my friends maybe you can make some new friends.

I walked with his to the table he was standing on, as we walked up the guys sitting with he looked at me like I had 7 heads "boys this is Y/N, today is her first day here so lets play nice" he said and the boys nodded and said hey to me, all of a sudden a boy started talking to me "Hey y/n i'm dustin may I ask why you moved to Hawkins" he looked at he taking a sip of his drink' " Well its a long story to be honest" "Well tall us the reason you came to this shit hole"  I looked over to a boy with short dirty blond hair, we was wearing a flannel with the sleeves cut off "Sorry i'm Garth"

"Nice to meet you and the reason I moved here was to make a new start the start of something new I'm calling it" I said while looking at Eddie, he hasn't toke his eyes off me this hole time " Well lets cheers The start of something new" Eddie had a big smile on his face, those goddamn dimples are so fucking cute, I raised my cup of water "To The start of something new" We all cheered and then the bell went off and we went our separate ways

It was the end of the day, I was walking to my lacker and opened it when I heard some people behind me "Ever one I would like to introduce, Y/N "the freak"  y/l/n" I turned around and saw the basketball team the the cheerleaders with this
"Hey that's enough, it's her first day and y'all are already after her" I looked around and saw Eddie

They walked away and Eddie came up to me "I'm really sorry about them, they can be dick heads sometimes" we was standing next to me while I got my stuff out and put it in my book-bag "It's ok Eddie, thank you for standing up for me but I can do that myself" you smiled at him and you both walked out of the school, "Umm......so would you like to hang out" he was playing with his rings, "Like right now" "Yeah... but only if you want to" he said leaning against his van, "yes Eddie I would love to, you can come over to my place" he looked at me like he saw a ghost, "what about your parents" "I live alone, like I said me moving here is so I can start a new life, where people won't now me, where I can really truly find myself" he was looking at me, he eyes glossed over

"Well then in the case hop in I'll drive" he opened the door for me and I hoped in "Turn right here" he turned and turned off his van and came over to open my door "Why thank you my good sir" "Your welcome m'lady" we walked inside and he sat down on the couch, "sorry it smells, I didn't spray this morning before I left"

We walked in and I got a big wiff of cigarettes, weed, and alcohol, I didn't take her as someone that smoked of drank anything, "Its ok it's not a bad smell" I looked as she went to the kitchen and I followed

I went in to the kitchen and Eddie followed me like a lost puppy, "do you want something to drink of eat" I said while opening the door a little squatting down so I could see in the fridge, "What you got" he said "Umm...well I got water, monsters, rockstars, nos's, radbulls, and beer, and liquor" I pulled a pint of liquor out of the fridge and walked over to him and got to shot glasses, "What is that" he said taking the red glass while I took the purple one, "This my good sir is called moonshine, 100% its strawberry" I poured some in his glass and some in mine "isn't that illegal to have" I turned my shot glass up and took my shot.

"Nothing is illegal in till you get caught" He took his shot while smiling, "in the case let's throw some back, how about it darling" We took shot after shot, in till the pint glass was empty, "Fuck we drank that whole the" he said, slurring his words, "Are you drunk Munson" he smirked and turned his head "No I just can't handle my liquor very well thats all" he looked at me with an innocent look, "What a shame huh" I teased him and we laughed the rest of the night and finally went to sleep cuddling each other remembering tomorrow was Saturday and we didn't have class.
