Chapter 4

When Erin heard that Hailey was Jay's girlfriend she was so pissed off as she grabbed Jay's arm and dragged them into their bedroom & He was confused as she was trying to tell him something but he couldn't take his eyes off of Hailey and she blushed as Erin filled her eyes as she said..

" Did you even here me?" She asked
" Sorry Erin now what where you saying?" Jay asked playfully as he kept looking at Hailey who chuckled
" I need you to break up with Hailey and kick her out now." Erin said almost yelling
" Excuse me? You don't have the right to yell at me and second this is my apartment so I can do whatever I want." Jay said
" Fine, either she goes or I'll go." Erin said
" okay than." He said as he was walking out of the bedroom
" So what's your answer going to be? Me or her?" Erin asked
" You!" Jay said and she was shocked
" What no way your the one who asked me to move in with you before we got married." Erin said
" That was before so here we are today leave now." Jay said as she started to pack her things and Jay left too the living room where he didn't see Hailey so he went into the guest room and found her sleeping as he kissed her forehead Erin came around and said
" Don't you want your wedding ring back?" She asked
" Yeah! I don't know why I married someone like you who's rude and don't let people into their company." Jay said and she rolled her eyes as she gave him the wedding ring
" Don't forget what you said about your vowls at our wedding two years ago." Erin said as tears where pouring down her face
" Oh I didn't meant those words  those where just fake." Jay said and she was heartbroken as she left his apartment and drove off to her Father's

Later on

When Erin left Jay decided to make lunch for him, Suzie, and Hailey once he was finished she saw Suzie coming in as she was rubbing her eyes with her stuffed elephant in her right arm Jay smiled as he walked over too her and said...

" Hi princess had a good nap?" He asked
" Yes daddy! I did, are you ok?" Suzie asked
" I'm ok just had a bad day but I know that you and mommy will cheer me up." Jay said as he tickled her stomach and she laughed as Hailey was coming out with a bright smile on her face
" Good afternoon Jay, oh my god you mad us lunch?" Hailey asked as Jay smirked
" of course I did, look if one of you guys heard screaming earlier that was me and Erin having a argument." Jay said as she kissed his cheek
" It's okay Jay it happens happens a lot." Hailey said as she chuckled
" She sounds like Zac from Shimmer and Shine huh Suzie." Jay asked as his new daughter nodded
" Yeah mommy from Shimmer and Shine." Suzie said as they laughed and had lunch
(After lunch)
" Daddy! Can you put on Shimmer and shine?" Suzie asked as Jay smirked and Hailey came out
" Sure Sweetie." Jay said as he put it on
" Jay can I talk to you?" Hailey asked
" Yeah sure!" He said as he kissed Suzie's forehead and walked into  his bedroom

(In his bedroom)

" So what's wrong?" Jay asked and she kissed him & he kissed her back when they let go and she said
" Jay I'm in love with you and I wanna go out on a date with you." Hailey said as he smiled
"I'm also in love with you and wana go out on a date with you too." Jay said
" so we agree to go on a date!" Hailey asked him
" A hot and Sexy date. We should invite two of my co-workers I'm pretty sure that they wanna go on a hot and Sexy double date with us." Jay said smirking as she laughed
" I'm pretty sure that they would love too." Hailey said as they where about to have a heat sexy sex Suzie came in and said
" Daddy it went off,  it went off." Suzie said
" What went off? Shimmer and shine!" Hailey said
" Yes mommy and Zeta was so mean with Nazboo." Suzie said as her parents chuckled and Jay phone ringed
" uh hold on." Jay said as he grabbed his phone and saw Hank's name flashed threw the ID

( Phone call between Hank and Jay)

Hank - Jay you need to bring Suzie and Hailey too the district

Jay -  Why Hank what what's wrong???

Hank - You know Hailey's ex-husband!!..

Jay - Oh no did he!!

Hank - Yes he escaped from prison and he's on the look out for Hailey & Suzie I need you to bring them to the district just do be safe....

Jay - Ok I'll be their straight away

( End phone call of Hank and Jay)

" Jay what's going on?" Hailey asked kinda scared
" Your ex-husband escaped prison and Hank told us the safest place." Jay said and she was scared
" please protect me and my daughter I want this to end." She said
" I will don't worry come on let's go." Jay said as they got into his truck and head out too the district as fast as they could
