Derek's POV
"John Doe, car crash, mutiple wounds, head trauma, he's been conscious the whole ride. Found him up on the ridge."
"Listen, we dont have room, we have 13 other traumas and we dont have room!" Said the doctor.
"He won't make it anywhere else..."
Nice to see that he has hope for me...I know I must be pretty bad, a bad head wound I can feel the blood. I cant speak, there must be a brain bleed. I need a CT scan.
"Take him down to surgery, OR 4" the doctor said as he went to push me off.
"Doctor, he's been in a car crash and hasnt spoken at all, he needs a CT, there might be a brain bleed." Said a voice from behind.
" I said to take him to the OR ,NOW."
" I got him."
The girl grabbed my bed and started to push me .
"Jayne, Dr. Sanchez said to bring him to the OR." Said one of the people rushing me down the hall.
"We are taking him for a CT first."
Meredith's POV

~ Mer and Amelia are sitting on the couch drinking coffee~
"Amelia, he still hasnt called or anything"
"Mer, im sure he has a good reason."
[ crying on the baby monitor ]
"I got him." Amelia said as she went to go put Bailey back to sleep.
Amelia's right, Derek has to have a perfectly good reason I thought to myself...
Derek's Pov
"He's got a brain bleed, page neuro." Said the woman who'd brought me.
"Bring him down to OR 4 now and page Dr. Sanchez, tell him that we did the CT." The woman continued.
The talking is starting to fade, my visions begining to get blurry, they better be quick...
Dr. Madison's POV
I cant beleive the man who saved these people. Without him they wouldve died up there.
"Honey you said a man helped you right?" I asked the young girl who was in the crash.
"Yes, he saved us." She answered with a smile.
"Did he tell you his name?"
"Mhm, his name was Derek Shepard but he said I could call him Derek."
Oh my, it cant be...
"Thank you honey." I said as I turned and ran...
