***3 Days Later***
Mer's POV
"Hello I'm Meredith Shepard, I'm here to see Derek Shepard"
"Yes, uh- right this way mam."
I was scared to see him like that...
In a deep sleep.
I wish we could move him to Grey-Sloan.
My phones ringing...
"Hello, this is Meredith"
"Hey Mer, how's Derek, what's his condition, is he awake?" It was Amelia.
"I'm just getting in to see him now, ill call you when I know more."
I walked into his room and it felt empty.
I could see him laying there but he was motionless.
I walked over to the bed.
"Derek, I'm here... I love you."
I said as I grabbed his hand and sqeezed it.
Next thing I know he sqeezes my hand...
"Derek..." he opened his eyes slightly...
"NURSE" I yelled and she ran in.
