I was in my own thoughts when a beautiful figure entered the class, she was very pretty but I don't know why my heart is beating more than normal, I decided to stop being friends with girls after my first love story that doesn't end well nd that's why I don't have any female friend but why is this girl attractive to me or maybe I'm just thinking too much, I watch how the lecturer was asking her why she's late but I don't give a damn.
I don't wanna like any girl, I just wanna be on my own. That love of a thing is stupid, I don't want to get involved in it.
When she's done with the lecturer, she walked towards her sit but not without passing my side every step she took made my heart flutter even more, I want to scold my heart but it's not listening to me, as she got to my sit nd was about to pass one of her books that she's holding fell down beside me, I don't know what happened I just found myself bending down to pick the book for her not knowing she also has bend down, I just raise myself up to hand her the book our face her inches away from each other, I can't believe I held my breath that moment,I can't utter anything, I was failed by my own tongue, I was jolted back to life by her very sweet and melodious song.
"Oh, thank you" she said nd collect the book nd made her way to sit before I could even reply, but this isn't me or what I used to be.
'I don't do love nd I'll never do' I scold myself nd sit right again in attempt to be attentive but I catch nothing in what the lecturer is saying, I found myself thinking about what just happened nw, but I still can't understand what's happening to me, I just pray this lesson ends soon so I can leave this class for good
Linda's P.O.V
I can't believe I'm still late to class despite hurrying nd that guy I don't know who he is but he must be someone from a rich family cuz of the aura around him, but the only thing I couldn't explain was why he's looking at me, I found his expression somehow, why is he being like that when it's just a mistake, like do I offend him in any way, but it shouldn't concern me much I've thank him already, I found the lesson very interesting nd the lecturer is friendly, is this what university is all about, the lesson ends nd I need to go back to my room but Sophia is not around she must have gone to class but she didn't go without leaving food behind for me isn't that thoughtful of her, I was enjoying my food when my phone rang nd it was Raymond
"Hi" I greeted across the phone.
"Hey baby" he said.
"How are you"
"I'm good bby what about you"
"I'm fine too"
"How's school, you can't even inform me before you go" he said a little upset
"I'm sorry, school is very fine"
"I went to ask of you at home today nd mum told me you've gone to school"
"I'm very sorry Raymond,my mind escape it"
"Should I come nd greet you at school"
"You know you're always welcome"
"Okay, I'll come very soon then"
"Alright, how was school too"
"It's boring without you bby"
"Come'on, how about your girlfriends"
"Baby, you know I'm single"
"I doubt that but if you say so"
"Yes bby, that's it but pls make sure you take care of yourself for me okay"
"Sure, I will"
"Alright bby, bye" he finally said nd hung up.
Wondering who Raymond is ??
He's my best friend since day 1, I mean my childhood friend, we met when I was in primary school, Raymond came from a very rich family, wondering how Raymond nd me attend the same primary school, it's just that since he's very young he loves simple life, even back then I thought he's a common kid like me until his personal driver came to pick him from school nd then I ask him about his family, I'm beyond shocked when he told me all about himself and since then we've been friends nd everyone thinks we're in relationship including my parents but that's not the case

I entered my room after the class nd I still can't take my head off her or do I like her, but there's no way I'll like her cuz I've decided not to have anything to do with any girl.
