In Da Cham village
"Jiwoo-ya, jiwoo, yah han jiwoo!" Dakyung waved his hands Infront of the male who seemed to be lost in thought.
" Are you ok, why do you keep spacing out so much these days " she asked a little concerned about his friend's behavior.
"Nothing" that's what jiwoo managed to let out.
Jiwoo was in his restaurant staring at his phone for God knows how long. He was done with the days work and wanted to close the restaurant when he had the urge to see how seojun; his ex, was doing. He typed seojun's name and just saw the usual. But when he scrolled a little further and he saw an article written "Seojun takes a break from showbiz for a while" he read the article but it didn't state the reason. Even though he was curious, he didn't have the right to meddle with seojun's life. They were done anyway. That's what he made himself think. He closed the restaurant and went home.
He entered his house and took a warm shower and changed into his sleeping clothes. He then went straight to bed though he's always awake. It's like he got insomnia.
jiwoo's pov
"Why is seojun suddenly taking a break from the showbiz, is he ok" that's the question that's been running through my head ever since I saw the article. It said it was a personal matter but I can't help but be curious. The seojun i know has never once taken a break from work even if he was sick. I know i have no right but still, i want to know.
The only person I can ask is pilhyun but I know he's also mad at me. He has every right to be mad at me, I know what I did is unforgivable but I'm worried.
So I decided to risk it and text pilhyun though I know he might ignore me.
Me:
Hyung, can we meet up it's urgent.
I didn't expect him to text back so quick.
Kim Pilhyun:
Yah! Can't i even get a hi first. Anyway let's meet tomorrow at 9 am at xx cafe I also have something to ask you.

Jiwoo did not open the restaurant the next morning, because he a had an appointment with pilhyun so he went to the said restaurant.
He already found pilhyun there so he went straight to him and and sat down. They didn't say anything for a couple of seconds so pilhyun started the conversation because he knew jiwoo wasn't planning to start.
"So, why did you want to meet me" pilhyun said in a serious tone looking at jiwoo straight in the eye.
" It's about... seojun's break from showbiz. Hyung is he ok " you could feel the worry in jiwoo's voice but pilhyun just looked at him.
"I thought you two broke up, why do you care "
" Yeah I know but...I ... just still care about him."
" Care about him? Are you sure about that" pilhyun was almost losing his patience and felt like he was going to punch him the next second.
"I you care about him then why did you break up with him without a reason huh? Why did you keep pushing him away when he came to you? Do you even have a right to say you still care about him?"
Jiwoo kept quiet this whole time. He knew he deserved this.
" If you want to know about him that much,then call him yourself". Pilhyun said and then left jiwoo there
Jiwoo sat there still internalizing what pilhyun just said to him. Why did he push seojun away when he came to him . what was he afraid of. Jiwoo kept asking himself these questions he didn't know how long he's been sitting there.
He came all the way to Seoul to meet up with pilhyun hoping that maybe he'll get some info from him but none. He walked out of the cafe heading to the bus station to catch a bus going to da Cham. Thoughts flooded his head. Why was seojun taking the break?
While walking to the bus station he saw a familiar figure getting out of the car. It was homin. Jiwoo thought that maybe he could ask homin. He was ready with his hand raised to call out the latter's name when he saw someone else get off the car.
Jiwoo froze on the spot. It was seojun. The one who's been running through his Head this whole time. He saw seojun and Homin enter a shop that seemed to be selling babies products. Jiwoo now has something else to think about "why are they there" he decided to wait and see.
He saw them coming out of the store Homin carrying shopping bags with the shops Brand on them. Seojun was only carrying one.
"Who does those things belong to" he asked himself as he saw one of the shop's staff Carry something that looks like a baby's crib. Homin helped the staff put them inside the trunk while seojun stood there smiling on his face. This is the first time jiwoo has seen seojun's smile after their break up. Just seeing seojun's smile breaks his heart.
He walked towards the bus stop with a new set of questions to think about.
When he got back to the village he found dakyung waiting for him Infront of his house. "Yah where have you been the whole day" jiwoo was still drowned in thought he did not hear what she said.
"What are you doing here " jiwoo asked now opening the door. " Let's go in it's cold" he said
"Hey jiwoo what is wrong with you, are you sick or something
" No, why, do i look sick?" Jiwoo asked sitting down with the other one followed.
" Why are you always zoning out every time, is there something wrong? You can share with me"
"No there's noth-" he was cut off
"I won't take no for an answer" she said firmly.
Jiwoo knew how stubborn his friend was so she had no choice but to comply.
"Well, it's about seojun" he started
" What about him"
"It's about the sudden break from showbiz he's taking "
"Yeah I Saw that too they said it's a personal matter"
Jiwoo contemplated whether to tell dakyung what he saw today.he thought that was a little personal so he chose not to.
