"Han Yooha where are you " dakyung asked as she entered the front door.
"In the bathroom" she shouted.
"hurry up we need to go somewhere" she then walked to the kitchen to start making breakfast. Suddenly she saw the little girl peeking through the bathroom door with a toothbrush in her mouth.
"where" she asked with anticipation.
"I'll tell you later. It's a surprise"
"mum..." She whined as she went back to her business in the bathroom.
The breakfast was now already done and dakyung was setting the table. Yooha came and joined her all freshened up with his hair done perfectly thanks to seojun for teaching her.
"so mum, where are we going " she asked as she stretched to pick one pancake.
"i said it's a surprise you just wait" she sighed in diffeat as she sipped on her tea. She kept on eyeing her mum curiously hoping it's not one of those surprise visit to the dentist.
They were now done with the breakfast and Yooha was helping her mum with the dishes while she cleaned up the house. It was their normal routine on the weekends -thorough cleaning. Since on week days there's no time to clean the house.
The cleaning is now done and Yooha is waiting for his mum at the front door. She just hopes it's a nice surprise. Shortly dakyung joins her and locks the door.
"Yooha-ya!" She calls for her attention. The girl quickly turns to look at her mum only to be met with a piece of cloth being put over her eyes.
"mum..." She whines.
"shhh just keep quiet and give me your hand" she immediately obeys though she's kinda excited and nervous at the same time. She held tightly onto her mother's hand as she led the way. They finally came to a stop after just a few steps.
Dakyung rang the doorbell and by this time Yooha knew they were Infront of jiwoo's house. Why is her mother ringing the bell? Did new people move in? Did they get new neighbours? Her train of thought was cut short when she heard the door open. Without saying anything Dakyung entered the house with her and the door was shut behind them. It was so quiet in there which made Yooha a little scared making her to clutch onto her mum's hand tightly.
"mum what's going on? Why are we in jiwoo's house " she couldn't help but question. She received a soft chuckle from her mum who proceeded to undo the blindfold. She then opens her eyes slowly to adjust with the brightness.
" SURPRISE...", the three say together in unison. Yooha couldn't hide her excitement as she put her hands over her mouth as tears started to fall. Seojun on seeing this, he went knelt to her level and hugged her.
"Han Yooha uncle seojun missed you so much " he said as he rubbed her back to stop her from crying. She put her little hands around seojun's neck and hugged him back.
"i...i thought.. you.. would never.. come back. Why did you never call?" She said in between her sobs. Seojun dint know how to answer her so he just continued to comfort her. She then released from the hug and looked at seojun. He wiped out the remaining tears from her eyes and smiled at her.
"i'm here now stop crying okay " he assures her and she nods her head innocently. Seojun then stands up and allows Yooha to greet jiwoo. The latter lifts her and rotates her in the air for a couple of seconds and the girl giggles happily from the action. Dakyung leads seojun to sit down leaving the two to play some more.
"Let's talk a little as we wait for them " she suggested as they both looked at them smiling.
"How long are you"
"I'm due in two months" he unconsciously put his hand over his stomach.
"woah, time really went first huh, wasn't it just the other day when jiwoo told me you were four months."
"yeah, I also can't believe. You already told Yooha about it?" He asked.
"yes, she was so happy saying that she'll finally have someone to play with. Hoping for the baby to be a girl" she imitated Yooha's voice.
"well her prayers were answered. " He said looking at them. Yooha saw seojun looking at them so she came running.
"look" she said as she showed seojun her teeth one was missing.
"where did your tooth go" seojun asked playfully as he squished her cheeks.
"the dentist took it out. He said I'll grow a new one" seojun cooed at the little girl's cuteness. It was now seojun's turn to play with Yooha. He kept asking her about school as she answered enthusiastically. Jiwoo was now watching them as he went to sit close to dakyung.
"come I brought a gift for you " seojun said as he stood too lead Yooha to where the gift was. She jumped in excitement as she followed him. The two were now out of sight so jiwoo turned to talk to dakyung.
"Seojun told me he's due in two months. You must be one happy guy." She said as she lifted her eyebrows playfully.
"Yeah very happy. Oh and by the way we already chose a name." Dakyung was now looking at him with curiosity ready to know the name.
"It's Han Woomin." He said proudly as he leaned back on the chair. She cooed at the cuteness of the name.
"i can already tell by the name she's going to be one cheeky girl "
"but let's put that aside for now. I need your help..." Before he could continue, Yooha came running to them wearing a shinny silver dress that Seojun bought her with a cute little tiara on the head.
"mummy look, I look like a princess " she said twirled around to show her the dress.
"oh my god, my Yooha looks so beautiful" dakyung said as lift her hand to make her twirl some more. She had the brightest smile on her face which always made her mother happy.
"did you say thank you to uncle seojun " she then ran back into the bedroom living the two adults smiling at the scene.
