As the sun rose, the Ooarai Tankery Team scurried down the hallway of the school, making their way towards the garage. They were enthusiastic and high in confidence as well. Today, the Exhibition Match will be held in the town of Ooarai, and the girls will be teaming with the Chihatan Academy against the St. Gloriana Girl's College and Pravda Girls' High School.

"Hurry up! Who's late to the garage will be a rotten clam!" exclaimed Yukari on top of her breath as she ran.

"Hey! Yukari! That's not fair!" yelled Soari as she chased her.

The girls are all excited for today's game, but just as they arrive at the compound of their garage, much to their shock its door has been blown off as if someone demolished it with a bomb. Everyone gasped at the realization that somebody might have been trying to sabotage them by sneaking into their school last night and doing evil deeds.

"Oh no! Our tanks!" Yukari screamed in panic.

This caused the rest of the girls to react like electricity as they all ran for the door whereas the history club pulled the doors apart to make way for everyone before entering themselves. They all stood looking at their tanks which were left untouched and unharmed. The girls looked around, inspecting every corner carefully to see that anything was moved or tampered with. They turned on their tanks to see if something was done to them, but everything seemed fine.

"Everything's the way we left it like yesterday," Hana noted.

"Yeah. That's odd. How come the door got blasted but nothing happened to our tanks?" Saori added.

The girls later entered the garage, with a sense of curiosity and worry skyrocketing to the top as they were alerted to their surroundings. They grabbed anything they could find like the broom brush they used to wash their tank with the hope that they could use it to protect themselves from anything that could be lurking inside the garage.

As Tsuchiya inspected her Porsche Tiger tank, she noticed the sight of a green liquid-like substance on the floor of the garage. Using two of her fingers, she scooped some of it and rubbed it between her thumb. It felt greasy like oil, but it wasn't oil. Giving it a sniff, she smelt nothing. Hoshino, who was inspecting the destruction at the collapsed garage door, noticed where the blast occurred.

"Funny... why does it detonate about near the top of the garage door..." mumbled Hoshino

"Yes, Hoshino. What is it?" asked Miho.

"Take a look at where the impact happened," said Hoshino as she pointed to the place where the explosion appeared.

"That's unusual. The garage door exploded at a height that we couldn't reach; it's near the top of the door," said Miho, noticing what Hoshino's pointing at.

"There's no way a person can be that tall enough to reach that height and place a bomb on it. If it was a tank's shot, the projectile mark should've been visible on the roof... but this one... it seems like a perfect cut..." added Nakajima.

"So... what should we do? We better hurry because the match will be starting at any moment," said Erwin, who was also examining the ruin of the garage door.

"That's it. Everyone! Hear ya! Hear ya! Please make immediate inspections on your tanks, and be careful! There might be someone still here," Miho ordered and the team scattered to their prospective machines.

After about 34 minutes of examination, the girls were able to relieve themselves and finalized that they'd found nothing anomalous or different on their tanks. Now, it's time for them to ignite the engines of their tanks. Panzer IV Ausf H, Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer, Porsche Tiger, M3 Lee, Type 89B I-Go, StuG III Ausf. F, Char B1 Bis and Type 3 Chi-Nu rumbled as their engine roared to life.
