Method; Raven Method

Before this I had planned to take a long break until I kind of forgot what the disappointment of waking up not in my DR felt like but I just had the urge to shift last night so I figured why not. I listened to a guided meditation on spotify i've listened to before. The original meditation is by Elle S.M. on YouTube and the spotify one is uploaded by Sophie Stewart. At some point I felt almost like, sort of phantom limbs except instead of a whole limb I just felt taller? It's hard to explain but it was something new! At some point my bed also felt slightly different, cooler and softer, but this didn't last for very long. I had a lot of vivid and mostly stressful dreams during the night but that's not too uncommon. I think I should stick to taking a break for longer, since i've just been feeling tired lately and school is starting again soon.
