Abigail POV

Me and Midoriya were walking home when I saw a Electronics store and got an idea.

"Hey Midoriya, I need about 400 dollars- it's really important." I asked Midoriya.

"Did you forget about the 800 dollars you made with babysitting? Or did you already used up all that money?" Midoriya asked me.

"Oh I forgot, let me see how much I have-" I said checking my bag that had 800 dollars.

"Never mind, In fact, I'm going shopping." I said running to the Electronics store.

"Okay then-"

I ran into the store as I saw what I needed right away.

A record player.

I picked up the record player and walked to the cashier.

"Hello? Can I get this, please?" I asked the cashier.

"Sure, that will be 500." The cashier said to me obviously lying.

"This says, 350 on the tag." I said pointing to the tag.

"No. It says 550." The cashier said lying again.

"The girl is telling the truth, it's 350." Other person said with green and red eyes.

"No, it's 550!" The cashier said lying again as the other person's red eyes glowed.

"My eyes are a lie detector, you're lying." The other person said.

"Cool quirk." I said to the lie detector person.

"Thanks, kid."

"Ugh, that will be 350." The cashier said finally.

"Here." I said handing the cashier 350 dollars.

"Thanks for shopping here. Don't come again." The cashier said scanning the Record player.

"Whatever, lier." I said walking out of the place as fast as I could.

"Okay, let's go." I said to Midoriya.

"A record player? What are you going to do with that?" Midoriya asked me.

"It's for a friend." I said lying. I knew if I told the truth then Midoriya would tell me off.

I hid the record player in my bag and hit play as I walked up to Bakugou cheerfully smiling.

"Hey, Bakugou! Can you come in the hallway and come talk with me?" I asked innocently.

My acting skills are paying off finally today.

"Why? You and the useless nerd are so useless!" Bakugou screamed at me as I just forced a smile.

"Well, I have some tips for the great and mighty Bakugou!" I said keeping the act up.

"I don't need tips from you!" Bakugou screamed.

"Well then I like to talk about yesterday." I said trying to get the conversation to sound real and not like I'm tricking him.

"Fine." Bakugou finally said walking with me to the hallway.

"Now what is it?" Bakugou asked me.

"Well when you brought up my dead parents and told Midoriya to take a swain dive off the roof, did you mean it? I mean a future hero can't say stuff like that to people." I explained to Bakugou.

"Well I can say whatever I want and yes I did! Now I'm going to class, extra!" Bakugou screamed at me.

"Perfect...." I whispered.

I went into my bag and hit stop and continued with my day like I would with my world's school.

Just easier since I'm already in high school.

Late at night I edited the recording so my voice was dubbed and that you couldn't hear me say, 'perfect' and then posted it on a different account on the UA social media.

I have a feeling that nobody will want Bakugou as a hero now.

The slug villain attack goes just like in the show just without Bakugou telling Midoriya to kill himself because he already did that. Midoriya gets his new quirk, he tells me and 'mom', he trains in secret, and now all is to do is to wait for the UA entrance exams. That are tomorrow. I didn't get in the recommended like Todoroki or Momo but that just fine. All I have to worry about is making sure Bakugou doesn't get in.
