Cameron POV
"Poor Lola. Always alone, and always hated." My cronies mock my identical twin, Lola. Don't get me wrong, I love Lola, but my cronies don't. When I was at the height of popularity (I still am, it's just that it was more exciting and interesting two years ago) my cronies tried to become friends with me, but Lola kept getting in their way to talk to me. I don't think she likes them much either. I wish I could unfriend these little idiots, but my reputation is on the line. If I stopped my cronies (Vincent and Gregory) (A/N Harry Potter reference! If you get it I love you) from mocking Lola, I'd look like a weakling. Oh well.*Deep inhale* Time to look like a weakling! "Guys, stop it. Let's go somewhere else. This Santos girl obviously isn't getting affected by what you're saying." I sneak a glance at Lola. She's a crying mess. Her black hair is a rat's nest, and her blue eyes are red and puffy. Vincent and Gregory did say some unkind things, like 'No one will ever love you.' That must have particularly stung, since Lola thinks she isn't loved. Vincent and Gregory narrow their eyes at me suspiciously-
And are knocked out by two swift punches. I rush over to Lola and give her a tight squeeze, and then I look behind me. It's Percy Jackson, the person the school tried to make popular. He says he hates the spotlight, so he turned the offer down. He's popular anyway, just not in that way. He's also called a 'mysterious hottie'. What a lame name. I honestly do like Percy, it's just that the name is really stupid. He is mysterious and hot, though. He's a really nice guy. Apparently he has a girlfriend, which he uses as an excuse to turn girls who ask him out down. I do believe him, though. Even if she sounds so beautiful she's like a goddess. I haven't heard Percy's description of her, it's just that I have my sources. Percy doesn't seem like one to lie, so that's why I believe him with almost all of my heart. Almost.
"Hey." Percy says. "Why didn't you punch me?" I ask, ignoring his greeting. "You seem like a nice guy. You also ran to your sister before I could punch you as well, and-" "So-" "-and you told your idiotic cronies to go away and mock someone else, because you sister wasn't affected, even though she was clearly miserable." Percy says, walking over and patting Lola on the back. She looks up and gives him a small smile, but doesn't extract herself from the hug. "Hi." She says in a small voice. "Hey." Percy says, giving her a grin that stretches from ear to ear. He looks quite funny doing that. Lola seems to notice as well, because she giggles a little. He lessens his grin so he looks more like a normal person and less than a maniac.
"So, what do you have right now?" I ask. "Maths!" Percy replies cheerfully, but then his face morphs into a disgusted one. "Did I just say my least favourite subject cheerfully?! I'll be back in one minute!" Percy hurries off to the bathroom, and I extract myself from the hug and instead grab Lola's hand. We hurry to the bathroom (Lola stays outside), and I go in to see him miming vomiting. The reason I know it's fake is that every two seconds he lets out a chuckle. "Percy?" He turns around. "Okay, I'm coming!" He grins and rushes over to me.
I grab Lola's hand, and we hurry into Math class.
"Welcome, students, today we are-sit down, Susan! Anyway-hurry up, you all need to sit down!" Mr. Brown inhales deeply, his nostrils flaring. "Today we are welcoming a new student. Her name is Hazel Levesque. (A/N Pretend Hazel is the same age as everyone else, please) Miss Levesque, please introduce yourself." A beautiful girl with stunning dark skin, cinnamon hair in tight curls, and flashing golden eyes walks in. She's hot. "Hi, my name is Hazel, though you probably already know that." A few chuckles. "I absolutely love horse-riding, I have two very, and I mean very close girlfriends that are like family. Their names are Piper and Annabeth. The most important thing about me is that I am in a very serious and committed relationship with my boyfriend." She takes a deep breath and gives a huge smile. Shoot, she's taken. Bit unfortunate. Oh well, if she doesn't like me, I can't force her to. I can still dream about her, though. She seems like the kind of person to like me for who I am, not because I'm popular.

People meet Percabeth
FantasyIn the mortal world, Percy and Annabeth go to mortal schools (just stating the obvious) when mortals start trying to break them apart, but little do they know what Percabeth has been through... I know this is super cliché but I love it. Oh and not...
