- oh, take care. are you okay ? asks Joe, a hand on Sebastian's shoulder, who's sitten on the floor.
- hum, yeah, i guess, answers the boy. my head hurts.
- he's crazy, says Corinna. like...
- why did you do that ? asks Will, interrupting Corinna. Bash, are you stupid ?
everyone look at Will, and Bash answers :
- that wasn't my idea ! it was Max's.
- Max's ? repeats Yasmin. why ?
- to make Kit jealous, understands Kizzy. you accepted that ? that's so dumb.
- it was Max's idea ! repeats Sebastian.
- stop shouting, i'm not sure it's good for you, whispers Joe.
- yeah, i know, continues Kizzy, but we already knew she was stupid, but you, it wasn't sure.
- wait wait wait, says Rhea, who's completly lost, can you explain this since beginning ?
Yaz laughs.
- yeah, that true, you weren't here since the beginning of the story. hum, you know that Max won Alice's contest and we added her to our chatgroup. she is amazing, so we became friends really really quickly. but there's always been something different with Kit. like, since 2 months, they call everynight in facetime. evernight. and, one months ago, Max told us she loved him.
- what ? says Joe. she told you ?
- yes. did Kit say the same ?
- yes, asks Bash. but he already asked me if i had a crush on Max.
- really ? laughs Corinna. that's so funny. everybody knew that one loved the other but wasn't sure of the other's feelings.
- i knew, reveals Will. Kit told me first, and Max some weeks afet.
- yeah, me too, adds Sebastian.
- well, i guess they need a lot of explanations from each other, says Rhea, showing the bathroom door, from which cries can be heard.
in Kit's mind, there's nothing but Max and Max's lips. she wraps her hands around his neck and he puts his on her waist to bring her closer to him. she smiles against his lips and he whispers :
- you don't know how much i was looking forward for this.
- i know, believe me, answers the girl before kissing him again.
they don't know how long they were in that little bathroom kissing, but when they hear someone knocking on the door, Max asks, laughing :
- hum, yeah ?
- are you guys okay here ? says Will. it's a while that you're here.
berfore answering, Max looks at Kit's face, smiling, and his arms around her.
- yeah. and Bash, is he okay ?
- i don't think so.
hurriedly, Max opens the door and runs to her sofa to see Bash.
- hey, are you okay ? asks her.
- yeah. my head hurts but i think it's gonna be okay with a lot of paracetamol.
she laughs and she holds him close.
- sorry, whispers Max.
- no, don't be sorry.
when they split up, Kit says, over Max's shoulder.
- Bash, are yo okay ? i'm so so sorry i've been a complete idiot.
- yeah, smiles the boy. you've been an idiot for so long.
Kit smiles too and tries to look discreetly at Max, and Joe asks :
- and so... ?
- shut up, answers Max, just shut up.
- i want to know ! shouts Will. what did you do to my lil' sister ?
- wow wow wow, says Max. stop saying things like that.
- why ? asks Kizzy. because that's what happened.
- okay, you won ! announces Max. i'm going to sleep. and you won't know what happened.
- wait, Max ! tries Will, but the girl already have closed her bedroom door.
everyone look at Kit, still stands up next to the sofa.
- what ?
- we want to know everything, says Yasmin. so sit here, because it's gonna be long.
a short chapter haha but the next one will be better
