- do you want to eat something ? asks Will. 

- ooh yeah, says Kizzy. 

it's midnight in london and all the group are back at Kizzy's, after walking around the city to show Max london by night. outside, it was really cold so they stopped at every shop still open to warm up. they went up in the london eye and ate lots of sweets. 

- Kit ? 

- hum ? says Kit, raising his head from his phone. 

- d'you want somthing to eat ? asks Yasmin. 

- no, that's fine, thanks. 

she looks at him with a little smile. 

- what ? 

- i didn't say anything ! 

sitting on the sofa, Kit smiles and looks at his right shoulder, where Max has fallen asleep. her legs are bent over Kit's and rest against his chest. Will, who's sitting in front of him, smiles too and says : 

- sooo...? 

- nothing, anwers the boy. nothing. 

- yeah, lie to me. i don't believe you. 

- what ? nothing happened ! she just slept on my sofa. 

- yes, but she wears your shoes, and she fell asleep in your arms. 

- how do you know that's my shoes ? 

- i know it, smiles Will. you know, she really likes you. 

- she told you something !?

- she didn't need to. earlier, when we spoke, she was looking at you everytime, never at me. and she didn't want my jacket, she wanted yours. 

- so why did you give her yours ? 

- because she was cold and you were stuck in your place, saying yours wasn't warm enough like an idiot. 

- shut up, laughs Kit. and, why did you take her by the shoulders to talk to her ?

- because i'm a jealous man. 

- what ? do you... ? 

- no, laughs the boy. no, don't worry, i don't love her like you love her. but i love her. she's my bestfriend, my sister, and i'm pretty scared to lose her. anyway, that's stupid. 

- no, it's not, answers Kit. 

- you know, you'll need to deal with that. being jealous of people. because man, this girl is not like the others, okay ? she is boring, disturbing and so fucking unbearable, says Will with a smile. but when she loves someone, she could gave her life for this person. she is the brightest person i've ever met in my life. her smile makes a bad day a perfect day. and someone like that, everyone wants one. do you understand ? 

- yeah. you know, i've been jealous of Bash for ages, laughs Kit. anyway, i think... we should come home. 

- it's not a good idea, with her. 

Kizzy appears behind him and asks : 

- what's happening ? 

- can we sleep here ? asks Kit. Max fell asleep so...

- oh, yeah, obviously ! Bash is already sleeping in a bedroom, and Corinna, Joe and Yasmin are about to go home, so yeah, you can sleep in my wonderful sofa. 

Will and Kit smiles. 

- well, says Will. i think i sould go home too. good night, mate. 

- yeah, answers Kit. good night. 

when everybody has left and Kizzy has gone to thier room, Kit wakes up slowly Max. 

- hum...

- hey, Max, whispers Kit. can you lay down please ? i'd like to sleep. 

the girl, still asleep, lay down on the sofa and Kit lies next to her. she wraps her arms around his shoulders to draw him against her and, smiling, he takes her by the waist. before falling asleep, he hears the girl whispers : 

- good night sweetheart. 

i don't have nothing to say, except that i looove this chapter so much
