Tony is inside and goes to pepper
Tony-Pepper, I'm signing the registration act. Steve and his Stupid Avengers team! They were too late, and the civilians of Brooklyn died!
Pepper-It's okay Tony. I'm not a hero so it's up to you.
Tony-If we do this then I can be back as Iron Man.
Pepper-Okay.
They turn on the news and Tony is at a conference
Tony-I'm proud to announce that I am coming back as Iron Man. I also have great news that we will be started something called the superhero registration act. It is where every hero has to sign a contract to be a hero. If any heroes decline that will be arrested. I will be working with the Brooklyn, and Sokovia accords. After those two incidents I have no choice. I hate to do this, but I have to. The heroes will answer to the law, or be prosecuted.
Captain America turns off the TV
Captain America-Unbelievable. After everything we've been through he makes us have to sign with the law! I'm not signing. We have to decide between me or Tony. That time's not coming yet. We need to stay here until further notice.
Sam Wilson talks to Steve over comm
