He wasn't quite too sure what had happened.

One moment he and Spiderman were locked somewhere, about to die, and, Deadpool being Deadpool, had tried to find a solution to their problems by repeatedly sacrificing himself with any possibility Spiderman named.

He knew, of course, that the Spider was just naming theories and ideas to try work out a way to escape, but by the time Spiderman was already dismissing the idea with a "no, we wouldn't survive that" or anything of that sort, Deadpool was already half way done, soul leaving his body. It was ok, though, because Deadpool trusted Spidey, he was smart and eventually one of his plans would work.

Somewhere along the line, one of Spiderman's plans (or Deadpool's own lack of patience which caused him to repeatedly kill himself by retrying other plans) worked, as the mercenary wasn't in the small claustrophobic room any longer... problem was

"Where's Spidey?" he asked aloud, shaking his head in hopes to shake the headache that had settled there.

Looking around, he couldn't see his spider boy anywhere and thanks to the previous events, he began to slightly panic.

"SPIDEY?!?!"

Ok. Maybe he was full on panicking.

But can you blame him? Spiderman was, quite literally, his hero. Plus, he was cute under the mask and he had a great ass butt, all perky and round, muscly yet soft and jiggly enough (trust him, he's touched it before). Not to mention... Deadpool may or may have totally been developing a bit of a crush on the hero- again: Can you blame him?

Point was, Deadpool couldnt find his sweet sweet buttcheeks boy anywhere and his own, usually irrational, mind was assuming the worst.

What if he was the only one who got out?

What if his baby boy was dead?

What if Deadpool was what got him killed?

What if Spiderman is dead because of hi-

Deadpool froze, body growing tense at the sound of scrambling behind him. It paused before it continued again, scratching against metal, the sound of feet running in place.

With a swift motion, he turned around, gun trained towards the source of the sound, towards Spiderman's booty-

"What?" Deadpool lowers his weapon, watching with fascination on what he could only describe as a 'gloryhole', a 'step-bro come help me, I'm stuck :(' situation.

Spiderman seemed to have stuck his head inside a circular vent of sorts, feet behind him scrambling on the wall and floor behind him- a wonderful view of his ass shaking ,really.

"Spidey?" Deadpool tilted his head, amused as he approached the other "You need help from your step-bro?" he couldn't help but joke, lightly placing a hand on his hip, hand having its own desire to meander further down.

Spiderman tensed, stopping his scrambling and simply freezing in place.

Deadpool quickly removed his hand, thinking he had finally gone too far, finally pushed a boundary Spiderman wouldn't tolorate-

Spiderman easily left the vent. Big bug eyed white lenses staring up at him as he crouched on the ground.

"What the-?" Deadpool stepped back slightly before giggling to himself "OMG- Spidey! Were you actually crawling in??" he laughed

Spiderman didn't reply, remaining unmoving- not even a small roll of the head to indicate an eye roll of annoyance.

"Is...Is there something in there?" Deadpool tries again, coming to the realization the man hasn't spoken to him.

Was this it? The dreadful silent treatment?

Deadpool felt tension (not the good kind) grow thick between the two of them. He awkwardly began to fidget, feeling the intense stare of Spiderman bore into him.
Was it something he did? Right- Spidey didn't like when he died... maybe it was that? Deadpool could never understand him and his problem with Deadpool dying... He never stays dead anyway.

Just as Deadpool began taking a deep breath to apologize to the other, Spiderman simply turned away and

Began scrambling back in.

Deadpool watched, eyes wide with surprise at the mood breaker. Maybe... Maybe Deadpool is the weird one. Maybe Deadpool should be trying to fit through holes he can't fit through-

"Hehehe holes" he laughed to himself before finally taking it upon himself to drag Spiderman out "Alrighty Spidey- That's enough" he wrapped his arms around the thin waist of the man, ignoring the small kicks received as he pulled out the man from the hole.

Spiderman hissed, wriggling in his grip like a cat.
Ok... Something was definitely not right here.

Deadpool dropped Spiderman, watching the smaller crawl away and begin to climb the walls towards a corner, hissing and glaring at Wade like he had offended him or something.

"Spidey, what's gotten into you? You need a snickers?" he asked, walking in front of the hole like vent in order to block the other from going back in.

Spiderman growled at the action, scattering away to another corner before climbing down and crawling like some... some weird spider. He paused in the middle, moving side to side in a crouched position as if sizing up Deadpool, Deadpool got into a fighting stance but the Spider just returned to the ceiling, hissing as he made himself comfortable in a corner.

"What the fuck" Wade couldnt help say as he watched the other, relaxing his stance at last.

Did somethig in that room make the Spiderman more...Spidery? Or was it just his brain kind of... Spiderying at the moment? Was this normal?? Wade assumed it was.

Clearing his throat, Deadpool stepped to the middle of the room, facing the Spider Spiderman and poiting down

"Aranea The Homo Sapien" he said in a demanding, fatherly tone, hed use on his daughter every now and then "Get down this instant"

Spiderman hissed in reply, crawling to one side of the corner then the other, like a trapped animal. There was some straining in the back of the spider's throat that Wade didnt miss, much alike a whine.

"Peter" Deadpool tried more gently this time, hand oustretched "Please come down, I cant reach you up there"

That seemed to get the other's attention. Spiderman seemed to almost grumble as crawled to the center of the ceiling and lowered himself with his webs.
Wade stayed in the same position, unmoving as Spiderman's head came to rest on his hand. He watched as the other tilted their head adorably ever so slightly, almost attempting to force Wade into patting his head.

Slowly, Deadpool swallowed nervously, reaching with the other hand as his outstretched one began to pat Spidey who let out a small hum in pleasure.

Was Wade having a heart attack? He was going to have a heart attack.

Placing the other hand on Spiderman's hip, he stepped closer and tried to pull the other closer, lowering him and holding him close as Spiderman finally settled in his arms.

He looked oddly small, arms close to chest and knees attempting to be drawn up as far as a bridal carry would allow.

"Wow" Deadpool breathed as he peered down at the spidery man "ok.." he began walking towards the only door, head in a daze as he felt the tense Spiderman relax slightly as they left.

A grumble was heard and a small hiss along, Deadpool looked down just as Spiderman's stomach growled again, smiling

"You're right, baby boy, we need some food" he laughed as all Spiderman replied with was a huff.
