Catching a Killer

It had been over a week since we found Franks beaten up body. This case has had many twists and turns so more and more things continue to come up. Today the plan is to interview Ms.Nix.

As of now all of the evidence is pointing towards Ms.Nix. Mason is all proud because he always suspects the wife. Drake and Mason are trying to dig up more and more evidence so that we can get a warrant for a DNA sample and a warrant to look at dental records. See Jen found that Frank had bit his killer, trying to get free. So if we get dental records and DNA to match there will be NO doubt in court.

"ALRIGHT" Quinn came in yelling.

"I just talked to the director and he NEEDS this case to get solved, so tell me what you've got"

"Ok" Drake spoke up first. "I was looking through Ms.Nix's calls and texts. She seemed to have some encrypted texts with and unknown number. So of course once I saw this I looked into this phone and who owned it. It turned out it belonged to a George Valenci. Now you may be wondering who the hell that is. Well after some research I found that Valenci is Ms. Nix's maiden name. George is her brother."

"And why does this matter to us Drake?" Mason pretty much challenged.

"Well I was thinking that George could be a possible accomplice. Ms. Nix does not seem strong enough to have captured and tied up Frank on her own."

"Ok Graces turn" Quinn said as she turned towards me.

"So I was reviewing all of the case files and looking over everything that we need in court. So we just need a little more evidence or proof that was we can get a warrant for DNA and dental records. If we can match those I think that'd be all we need" I explained.

"Alright is that all?" Quinn asked.

"I just wanted to say that Drakes accomplice idea is really good, and it makes the most sense. I don't know if we can prove the accomplice part but hopefully both their DNA turns up or one of then turns on the other."

"But what would George's motive be" Mason asked, budding in.

"Well I was thinking it could be 1: protecting his sister, 2: he could have been jealous, or 3: he could have just plain hated the guy" I guessed.

"I was thinking the first option as well" Drake agreed.

"Ok well we have no true proof yet so Mason why don't you tell us what you found" Quinn continued.

"Well Helen had me profile Ms.Nix so we could think of what her next move may be."

"Okkkkkkk" Quinn nodded in agreement.

"So I talked with Helen and we both agreed that Ms.Nix is most likely to just say where she is. As of now she has no idea that we suspect her. She knows if she runs we'll know its her. So if she's smart as her resume portrays she will most likely just stay here, so we really do not have anything to worry about. She doesn't have a gun and she is not athletic either so she won't be running or shooting at us anytime soon."

"OK EXCELLENT" Quinn yelled enthusiastically. "So Grace is Ms.Nix coming in today?" Quinn asked.

"Yea any minute now, so turn off anything that you have with her picture or name on it. We do not want to spook her." I warned everyone.

"What are you going to question her about?" Mason asked. "We can not tell her anything about us suspecting her" Mason pointed out.

"I know that idiot, I'm just gonna ask her a few questions about what Jenny said. She will most likely just refute whatever questions I ask anyway."

That was when Ms. Nix walked in. "HEY MS.NIX" I yelled to get her attention. She saw me right away and walked towards me.

"I only have about 20 minutes so can we please get moving" Ms.Nix requested.
