prompt : you haven't been feeling well these few days and you decided to keep it to yourself. you didn't want to worry jennie or get her sick, so you decided to distanced yourself from her. with the way you're acting, jennie started to get suspicious of your behaviour and thought of the worse, so she decided to go over to your place to see what was up.

i groaned upon hearing the sound of my ringtone ringing annoyingly. i grabbed my phone and check to see jennie's caller id on display. i answered the call with a raspy 'hello' to which she immediately greeted me back with a cheerful 'hello'.

"can you come over babe ?" jennie asked.

"i can't, i'm kinda busy with school stuff right now..." i lied as i rubbed my sleepy eyes.

"you're doing school work on a saturday...? you've never done that y/n..." jennie answered with slight suspicion lacing through her voice.

"yeah well the due date is on monday and i have to finish it by today if i want to spend time with you."

"ok...can i at least come over and accompany you then ?"

"baby you damn well you're going to distract me and i can't have that if i want to finish my work quick."

"oh cmon, i wont distract you. i promise i'll be good..." she answered and i could tell she was smirking.

"nuh uh. you can come over tomorrow ok ?"

"are you hiding something from me y/n ? you've been acting weird these past few days..."

"of course not princess. like i said i've just been busy with school work..." she hummed in response sounding unconvinced.

"alright, i'll see you tomorrow then." and with that she hung up without letting me say 'i love you'. 

that's when i knew she's mad.

i sighed to myself and rubbed my sleepy eyes, contemplating on whether or not i should get up and shower. my head was aching and my whole body felt weak and hot. it took me a few minutes to decide and eventually i got up and shower.

after showering, i did my skincare routine and wore my clothes. i was shivering as i was getting back to bed. i quickly pulled the blankets up to my chin and hugged the warm blankets tightly, still shivering.

i got myself comfortable before closing my eyes and drifting myself off to dreamland.

when i felt my stomach cramps became worse, i immediately woke up and rushed to the bathroom throwing up in the toilet bowl. after spending, god knows how long coughing and throwing up, i slid my back against the wall and panted while sweat was covering my whole face.

i slowly got up and spit out the remaining puke i had in my mouth into the sink before washing up my face and rinsing my mouth.

i cursed under my breath as i slowly made my way towards my bed. my head was pounding, my whole body was covered in sweat and i was struggling to breath.

i sat on my bed as i clutched onto my stomach. small whines escaped my lips as the pain in my head and stomach began growing.

i slowly stood up again and made my way to the kitchen. i grabbed myself a cup at the top shelf and filled it up with water before taking small sips out of it.
