Logan sighed as he placed down the last box he had with him, stepping back to see the small amount of unpacking he had to do. He recently moved to this city to study to become an Astrophysicist, so he found a nice room in the basement of someone's house. Luckily, it was an old family friend who gave it to him for cheaper. Which was much appreciated.
A knock came at the door, Logan turned towards the door as the person entered with him and looked around.

"Nice to see ya again specs." they laughed, giving him a slight punch to the shoulder. Logan sighed at the punch and nickname, holding out his hand to shake.

"Good to see you again, Janus. Thank you for letting me live here as I study." Logan nodded as his hand was firmly grabbed by the smiling man. Janus heading over to the bed and sitting down on it, bouncing to check how soft it was to sleep on.
"Don't mention it, I owe ya for the homework from middle school, and a bit- maybe a lot of high school." he laughed, kicking up his legs to lie on the bed. Frowning at the feeling. "you better find a better bed than this, it's worse than the one at your dad's house." Janus muttered, sitting up and cracking his back. His face curled into a smile once more as Logan sat with him.
"Please don't mention him." Logan groaned softly, rubbing the bridge of his nose. Not liking the memories of his dad, not to mention his life in that town. "I just got away, I don't need to hear about him during my years here."
Janus hummed, standing up and snooping in some boxes.

"you should go buy new things if you're scrubbing memories. You can come with me after the party~ I know some good shops that you would like." Janus smiled as he leaned on the wall with a knowing look on his face. Logan huffed, he never really likes parties. They were loud and led to either having sex or blackout drunk. Neither did he like. But, he was invited by the person housing him and did not want to get on his bad side.
"Sure. You'll have to let me borrow your clothing. So I don't look like a nerd." Logan walked over to some boxes, starting to take out some jewelry. Trying it on to see if it still fits.
Janus smiled, "of course!! You only have hoodies anyways," he laughed, taking Logan's hand as he exited to go find some clothing for Logan. Logan wasn't really looking forward to anything other than his hoodies, fancy clothing always made him feel bad about how tight it was on his body. And his body...

Janus snapped him out of his thought by shoving some clothing into Logan's arms, "go try these on," Logan looked down at the pile, saw baggy clothes, and smiled softly as he went to the washroom to try them on. As he stripped, he tried not to look at the mirror, and instead at the clothing chosen for him. There was a black shirt with a plant print on top of it, a Hawaiian shirt. Along with nice fitting black sweat pants, it fit and didn't look as comfy as it was. Logan sighed with a smile and slipped on the clothing, trying to flatten his chest as he walked out and leaned against the doorway.

"This is what looks good on me?" he grumbled, crossing his arms as he eyed Janus. Who was respectfully checking him out.

"of course, lots of people would love to see your chest. Especially girls~" Janus smirked, pushing past Logan and looking under the sink. Logan forgot he hadn't come out yet to Janus, only a few people knew. Well, his entire high school knew because the word got out. But, no one else. Janus rose up with a bag of makeup, Looking towards Logan evilly.

"I am not putting makeup on." Logan rolled his eyes as he spoke, going to head back to his room. Janus groaned as he followed with the bag, "please? you would look so badass!!"
Logan sighed, why did he even move in with a friend? He could have lasted out on the streets or in a shady apartment. but, this was nicer and he would live with annoyance if it meant a discount. He finally nodded, "fine. as long as you do it first try."
Janus smiled with glee, and also a bit of mischief as he carried the bag over to Logan. sitting him down and starting to work. Janus put some blue eyeshadow with purple highlights as well as a white eyeliner, also adding some stars with said eyeliner. Logan opened his eyes and looked in the portable mirror as he scanned the area with amazement. he smiled softly at the sight of the star theme, maybe his friend did know more about him than he thought.

"How does it look?" Janus asked anxiously, Logan turning to him and giving him a small hug. "looks great, you should do this more often. I like it." he kept smiling as he turned back to the mirror, Janus standing up. "I'll go change into something sexier, can you pack a to go back or something?" he asked as he left upstairs to his quarters. Logan hummed in response and stood up, starting to unpack.

Logan was halfway done when he heard a door upstairs open, someone calling for Janus as they walk around. Logan, confused, went upstairs to check it out. Janus didn't have any friends that he remembered... not anyone near here. Could it be someone new? He opened the door to the upstairs as he paused in his tracks. A tall man wearing a red lettermen jacket from Logan's old high school.
