Chapter 15: Friend

i left off on that kind-of cliffhanger last time??? i didnt mean to, seriously :O

"What aren't you guys telling me?" he said hesitantly.

Simon took a breath and replied, "...Nothing. We're just worried. Now that you have Lachlan, are you still gonna live with us here? We need you here, Vikk. Who else is gonna control JJ?" The last part was clearly an attempt at a joke, but Vikk could tell it was half-hearted.

That's all they're worried about? A small knot untangled in his stomach as he realized. But still... Vikk appreciated the good intentions, but there was no way that he was moving out just yet. Hell, it'd only been a few days.

"Nnnno? Wait, what? I mean... yes. Yeah, I'll still be here, and I won't quit YouTube, because quite frankly that'd be stupid because Lachlan and I both do it, and-"

Vikk was cut short by Simon. "Right, right, okay. I see."

A sudden thought crossed his mind. Shit! I still have Lachlan and Pete on the line back there!

As he dashed back to his room, he could hear a faint call of "Bye Vikk! Have a good time!" coming from Josh, and as he approached his monitors, Brandon's voice grew closer and closer. "...did you decide to make it? I mean, Lachlan, look. If you use actual logic, which you apparently did not, the-"

"I'm back guys! Sorry it took longer than I expected," he said, plopping into his chair with a sigh and putting his headphones back on.

"Nah, you're alright, mate. We were just bantering about, yknow?" Vikk could almost hear the smile in the Australian's voice as he spoke.

Pete, laughing, said "Yeah, we were. But what did you have to talk about with your friends Simon and Josh?"

The Brit answered, "They just asked me if I was- wait, how'd you know it was Simon and Josh?"

"Oh, I have my ways. Go on."

Lachlan began punching Vikk's Minecraft character, to which he replied, "OI! Nah, that's so darude, Lachlan."

"Come on, mate, it was just banter. Baaaaaaaanter." Lachlan said.

it feels weird writing about HTM when H2M has already started haha.

Did you all see how Rob, Vikk, and Jerome were kind of picking on Lachlan in the Risk Factions #3 video? i honestly feel really bad for him. :( (I watched it late last night, Jinx :)
