[Okay, I feel the need to explain that the reason Raiu refers to themself as "I" is because they are a merging between Mizu and Denki, but is a different entity from them, if it doesn't make sense, I'll elaborate, Raiu has the personalities and characteristics of Denki and Mizu, but is not actually them, despite being a merged being, if it sounds confusing... well watch the Buu saga in Dragon Ball Z or the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie or the Goku black arc in dragon ball super.]
